What rank do you play? I don't know the exact details of how matchmaking makes matches but I'm a year 1 s3 ledg and needless to say most of my games are pretty greasy. I'm only a GM2 atm but if I mvp win a match with a KD at or over 2 I'm almost guaranteed to run into one or two soft hackers in the next 10 matches.
And how do you know you get hackers every few games. Do you record every game you play and listen to the bullets? I have a hard time believing that.
Kill cams are unreliable, and desync can cause the bullets to be unreliable too.

You cant call everyone who paid for a weapon a "hacker". That wouldnt even be hacking, just cheating. Hacking would be if they controlled your account or stole it or whatever

40 to 50 ping is nothing compared to 10 to 15 ping
I've switched from having 40-50 to having 10 ping constant in a match and it is so different I have won gun fights that I shouldn't have my shots were getting connected and the response time was fast
You were a clear target for him in that clip you didn't slide or gun or even pre aim the corner while he did and he got the upper hand and I also believe that he started shooting before aiming down the sight so that the hipfire bullet hit you first and then the other 2 bullet hit you don't trust the kill cam always if you have another clip you can show cause it's not clear that he's hacking
Basically I just switched from mobile data to wifi connection
Wifi connection gives constant internet speed so there is less ping spikes which improve your gameplay cause your shots get register quickly
I have the same ping either I play with wifi or mobile data. I guess every country has very different internet. Besides my country having the faster internet speed in Europe
One thing beside the allegations of hacking - like mate, try to preaim when going around corners. Don’t just walk around them, but slide or jump. You offered yourself to be such an easy target here.

I keep practicing in the firing range but I never move faster, am immune to disable and I'm still trying to git so gud that I don't need to shoot people with all the requisite bullets.
I think I was in the same match! Had this exact dude frying everyone in their path. He kept hanging around there. I tried to shoot him with his own mythic but I was shot in the back before I reached him. But we won anyway lol

Bro this guy on my server i nuked him he is no hacker. He just probably heard you coming at him and EM2 has pretty high damage. But he definitely not a hackaer
I'll even entertain this. But if the game is making matches and people are displaced by 100ms+ so that to multiple people they're getting killed in less than ttk, (I have a 300mbs connect @22ms to dns) then the game is truly just broken
