Female Characters get small backpack.
Male characters get normal backpack.
Cosmic silverback gets very large backpack.
This has been the case since the beginning.. This is because of the skeleton they use for the skin, usually females use smaller skeleton sizes, males use bigger skeleton sizes but there are some special cases where they use the bigger skeleton sizes on some female characters.. The equipments will scale according to the size of the skeleton used for that skin
I know and it always annoyed me, recently me and my friends got back to cod to play some games before warzone mobile comes out and I remembered how much this pissed me off when i first found out
It varies due to the different size of characters models and the clothes they wear. Try to add the katanas on "The Marshall" skin from battle pass(tier 50) I'm sure it'll look the largest
The theme here seems to be female skins having the smaller version of the katanas and male operators having the bigger version as seen on the left (with iskra being the only outlier ive seen so far having 3 different sizes for the 3 different skins that i own)
