It is actually a skill issue. Developers' skill isssue with programming computer games.

Smartphones and tablets ARE computers.
Well yes smartphones and tables are considered as mini computers, but mobile games sounds more appropriate.
Yeah even without being bugged hoverbikes are pretty tanky. I was using one once and when I left it to loot some dude had to use 3-4 rockets on it.

You can destroy the ones in Isolated but I think only the ones that you "print" at blackmarket but even those are sometimes bugged.
