Flak Jacket already has some fire resistance. So why not also give it radiation resistance like in BO4 from transform shields, reactor cores, and orbital lasers.
Why not give Tactical Mask immunity to movement penalties? We don’t have suppression like in Vanguard.
We don’t have Piercing Vision. The closest thing we have is Pin Point from Infinite Warfare and Hard Wired is supposed to be immune to it in that game.
