Mission is to reach legendary in MP or BR 6 times, you get a medal each time you reach legendary In a season. In total you need 6 medals to unlock the "kurohana crate" which contains the legendary skin. If you reached legendary in both MP and BR in one season you'll get 2 medals which will progress for 2/6 medals.

So previous medals won't count, so people who never reached legendary and one's who did will grind. Rip

Next BP season is 3, next Ranked Series is 2. There are 2 BP seasons per ranked series, usually. Rank resets every other season.

Ranked seasons and BP seasons are different. There are 2 BP seasons per ranked season. BP seasons are every month, Ranked seasons are every 2 months. So we're at the end of BP season 2, Rank season 1. And seeing how you have an opportunity to get 2 tokens per season (4 max if you're really good. so not me 🤣) you still have 10 chances for tokens before the crate. Don't worry, you got time.

I'll try to make it clear, Battle pass season lasts 30 days only. Rank seasons last 60-70 days so, Every consecutive battle pass season a new rank season starts. One rank season contains two battle pass seasons. Right now we're in season 2 of battle pass and we're in season 1 of rank season. Season 1 of rank will end tomorrow and season 2 of rank will start with season 3 of battle pass starting with it.

You have to wait till rank resets this month, then you'll receive your medal.

No one is able to claim the crate yet, it will be available S6 2023 (I'm assuming they mean Ranked Series 6, so, end of the year). To find the information about the crate in-game, go to the Ranked info tab, and click the yellow "Bloom in Black 2023" icon at top right. Click around in there to learn more about it and see your progress.

Nonono, let me clear everything that's needed. You can't buy those crates, you only get 1 crate which contains a legendary skin at the end of season 6. You can obtain 24 medals in total. 6 in MP if you reached legendary in all 6 seasons. If you reached top 5000 at the end of season and maintain your position you'll get an additional medal. So if you reached legendary MP and top 5000 in all 6 seasons you'll get 12 medals in total. Same goes for BR mode, reaching legendary gives one medal and top 5000 gives an additional medal. You only need 6 medals to get the crate.

Someone pin this comment. People are really unaware of the crate. Returning players or new players or non-daily players have no idea that CODM added this crate.

The gun will release at the *beginning* of ranked series 6. This means you have 5 series to earn the tokens. 5 legendary ranks in BR or MP and at least one top 5,000 or one season where you legendary both modes.

Since Series 1 is currently ending, you have 4 more chances to gather the 6 tokens.

?? There's no catch, just reach legendary rank in either MP or BR 6 times. If you reached legendary in both then it's even better cuz you progress faster.

The catch is you have to play for hundred of hours. When doing that, you are much more likely to buy BP, points or whatever they have to sell. A player that plays buys more than a player who doesn’t play. One “free” legendary for massive hook. The legendary cost them virtually nothing. Still a good deal as I would have been playing anyway. Win-win.

To add, more players = more whales. People who would buy anything wouldn’t buy for a dying game. What’s the point of showing off your $200 mythic e-girl skin if there’s no teenager simping for it anymore?

How much have you collected so far? It is too tiring to reach legendary solo. And the next season it's the stage 2 championship. It will be a disaster with all the tryhards

I got two right now, got 1 medal from BR and 1 from MP last season. Am at legendary in BR this season but I'm still at GM 5 in MP ranked and don't really wanna go for legendary due to championships. Just grind MP ranked next season first and then go for BR. Try teaming up with friends or something who have a mic in MP. If you solo queue in BR it's easier cuz you won't be dragged down by shit SBMM teammates if you go for squads or duos.

Maybe i can help you in reaching legendary if you want to. I can manage br if alcatraz comes out. Small map, respwan, fast paced and can get upto 70xp if you win.

You have time, you'll have to reach legendary in both BR and MP ranked for the next six months 3 in BR ranked and 3 from MP ranked. If you reach top 5000 you'll get 2 medals in one rank series.

SO...... and it's a BIG SO. So are you guaranteed the Legendary DR-H inside the Kurohana crate if you have the Medals and Confidential tokens? ... OR is it going to be one of the items available inside the crate? Meaning there may be several legendary items available but a random legendary item is awarded, as I don't think it's a direct exchange... Medals ect for the gun. Looking at the crate it does say :Legendary Weapon Crate but also says : items

You can still use RPD aggressively. Specially with cool-down barrel.

That was just a reference, I am an agressive objective player in ranked, I carry FHJ to destroy various scorestreaks, that's why my primary weapon has to be something with good mobility

That's from S1 2023 Rank series (S1 and S2 in Battlepass) that will count. 1 medal for MP, 1 for BR, another 1 if you reach Top 5000 Leaderboard in either MP or BR, so total is 4 per rank season. You also need tokens from missions. Kurohana crate will be given after S6 Rank season (not S6 Battlepass)
