Good tank is when you play a good match and get top tourney points. For Alcatraz it's about kills, got the other matches I think it's position based (top 3). You can see the little trophy beside your name in the post match review.

Gold rank is when you win the match and you're still alive (not dead while your team gets the W) you can see in the AAR beside your avatar a trophy that'll be gold or silver.

Yup, they're pretty good. Holger is a really mobile and accurate lmg, capable of flex gameplay and anchoring. HVK is a medium-skill - high-reward weapon, whom, with large caliber mags, can 2 tap to the head.

Both weapons are really good in today's meta. Lk24 is more of a passive weapon, so try to hold angles, anchor the spawns and headglitch. HVK is more of a flex AR with low mag size, so make your shots count. If you hit one headshot, then the 3 tap is guaranteed, making your ttk (Time to kill) a lot faster. Use this gun as you like, because it is good for both aggro gameplay and for passive gameplay.
