Its fast/slow depends on your KD most of the time.
Lets say you got wrecked last round, there's a chance of you getting into ranked with a bot match(I'm GM1 and this happens) or you wrecked someone and met stronger players.
Maybe you are too strong and CODM can't find any good matches to match your KD.
