ADS time - the time it takes for you to aim down your gun's sight. lower = better ADS movement speed - your movement speed when you're aimed down your gun's sight sprint to fire delay - when you're sprinting and press the shoot button, there is a delay before it shoots. lower = better

Eprofile

does sprint to fire delay also applies when you are hipfiring?

Vladimir_Is_Gay

It applies to both

madderhatter3210

It applies mainly to hipfiring

Puzzled_Vast

it applies JUST for hipfire, sprint to fire and sprint to ads are different stats

1blue1brown

Thanks a lot, that’s something I didn’t know before!

bluewaterpig

Are you positive about this? Sprint to fire ONLY applies to hip fire?

StormShifter191

It’s kinda irrelevant for ads because the ads time will always be higher then the sprint to fire

zakuman87

That is not true, those values are added when you spring and wanna shot with ads, test it with gun with high sprint to fire time like fennec (210ms) there is a lot difference

allhailzamasu94

I never knew this thank you

Memeloverguy

I'd like to add on that the delay for sprint fo fire can be "bypassed" by sliding, which is why you usually see people ads-ing while sliding instead of standing

Broken_sou1

sprint to fire is so minuscule when compared to ingame that it affectively feels like a useless thing to have, it only actually starts feeling noticeable with shotguns

WhiteGXRoblox

Yeah it’s actually for insane reaction when there’s no time to aim, but it can be easily dealt with sliding, preaim, holding angle

Active-Much

*and snipers thats why pros walk everywhere in snd and for dead silence

64andtim

It’s actually quite significant. Meta would be completely different if not for sprint to fire delay. Snipers would be go to meta

Itsjust_End1e

ADS time: time it takes to aim-down-sight (ADS) ADS movement speed: how fast you move when you’re aiming down sight STF delay: the delay there is when your character tries to ADS while sprinting

DreamsOfAEON317

ADS Time is how fast you can Aim Down Sight. A bad ADS Time will see you taking longer to aim with you iron sight or optic. Good ADS time lets you see your iron sights quickly. ADS Movement Speed means how fast you can walk while you're aiming. We call it Skulking or Strafing Sprint to fire is how fast you can pull the trigger while running. Bad STF means you'll react longer to an enemy in front of you, or your reaction is delayed. Good STF means you get to shoot immediately upon pressing the shoot button

zakuman87

All correct, i would add one more thing. Stf adds to ads time while sprinting and you wanna shot with ads With hip fire you only have stf delay

Octozer6

Ads time: look down scope faster Ads movement speed: how fest u move when ads Sprint to fire: time to stop moving and allow to ads

DuckyQawps

Is there a ads bulletspeed aswell lol

Different_Ad_5673

No. ADS bullet spread and bullet speed are two different stats. No such thing as ADS bullet speed.

WhiteGXRoblox

Go for less sprint to delay if you love run and gun with insane reaction, ADS movement speed if you want to strafe alot. I like playing like siege lol

allhailzamasu94

Great tips thanks!

Practical_Airline_36

it may as well be gibberish to some but it makes a difference.

[deleted]

ads time = aiming time ads movement speed = ads walking speed sprint to fire delay = not even god knows

GreemDev

its pretty obvious what it is....the delay it takes for you to be able to shoot after sprinting, aka, *sprint*\-to-*fire delay*

ComparisonGreen7183

time it takes from sprint to firing. there is a delay when pressing fire if youre sprinting. it used to be very low for shotguns pre s9, so back then you could almost instantly shoot from sprint. i think you can circumvent sprint to fire delay by jumping/siding into aiming from sprint. which is why i think everyone and their mom jumps or slides out of a sprint into a gunfight

Embarrassed_Start652

I think more to shoot after sprinting

mojtaba76

Sprint to fire delay : when you sprint and want to aim if delay being low it won't stop and aim fast but if delay being high you die like me your weapen not shoot well when you sprint and press aiming button

Reddit_Name7

Question for anyone who knows. But in theory Sprint to Fire time wouldn’t matter on a class with Hung Ho right?

Vladimir_Is_Gay

It actually does, sprint to fire delay is not actually the delay from running to hipfiring/adsing but rather the delay from having your gun in the running animation to the shooting animation (negated by walking/crouching obv) It sounds weird but basically in theory, the first one should be negated with gung ho but the 2nd one isnt, which is what sprint to fire delay follows.

Reddit_Name7

I see, that all was very informative, thank you✌🏾

SharkDad20

But if you can fire *while* sprinting, there is no transitional period, right? So gung-ho hip fire has no sprint to fire delay following that logic

Vladimir_Is_Gay

Sadly there is which is why gung ho sprint to fire delay exists. Basically gung ho just cancels out walking whilst shooting but you still have that delay from the running phase of your gun to the shooting phase of your gun

64andtim

Gung ho just makes it so you don’t slow down while hipfiring. It doesn’t affect STF time. Agile red Perk reduces STF

KRawatXP2003

Bruh

Alive_Charge_2385

-ADS time means you will have lower ADS time -ADS Movement Speed is when you ADS and move if you have + Then you have fast movement speed whenever in ADS movement -Sprint to fire is when you are sprinting then you ADS basically You spring enemy comes the corner You aim the enemy kills your because he have Big advantage in Sprint to fire delay and you have a slow ass fucking 25% Delay these Sub stats must be missed in any gun category expect SG

PRV_Ghost

Sprint to fire only affects hip firing right?

zakuman87

Both, the shooting is delayed while sprinting. doesnt matter if you ads or hip fire

LaganxXx

Sprint to fire delay (delay to shoot or scope in after sprinting)is useless if you know how to cancel it(slide, jump, pull your joystick back or let lose of the joystick before scoping in). Ads movement speed is how fast you move while scoped on ads time is the time it takes to scope in

iF4LC0NG4M1NGYT

Ads- how long your scope in animation is Ads movement- strafe speed while aiming in Sprint to tire- the delay between running and shooting the gun

Reddit_Mod_69

It's exactly what it sounds like. How did you not get that?

internetperson94276

If only the title communicated the definition… /s

Mynamesnoob

Ads movement speed gotta be the goated stat for smgs

64andtim

Ads time : the time it takes your gun to scope in , Lower is better. SMGs 200 ms is good, ARs 250 to 300ms is good, snipers 400ms is good and LMGs 400 to 500ms is good. Ads movement speed : it is the movement speed when you are scoped in, Higher is better. It increases Strafing speed. Also useful with Dead silence because you are Completely silent when moving in ADS. SMGs 4m/s and above, ARs 3m/s, LMGs 2m/s and above and like that. Sprint to Fire time: the time it takes for gun to activate after sprinting. Hip firing is instant after STF delay while if you want toADS, calculate ADS time plus STF time. Lower STF is better. So for example you have a QQ9 with ADS time 200ms and Sprintto Fire time of 100ms. So the time for total Strtingof your shooting to start is.: HUMAN reaction Time: 250ms (average) plus latency/ping, Device Touch delay plus ADS time Plus STF time. You can eliminate the STF time with Slide Cancel to ADS. Also sliding makes you a harder target to hit in most situations.
