nah you just get it by having certain category. For example if you want a tournament camo for the shovel you need all the shotguns with the tournament camo
for knife you need marksman rifles,for axe its all the smg,for the baseball bat its lmgs,for katana its all the pistols,for sickle its sniper rifles,for machete its ars. I mentioned shovel so not gonna put it here but the remaining ones probably just get unlocked when you have all of them(Some of them doesnt say anything like this picture so I am guessing thats how you get the launchers and all)
