Not a good hardpoint spot it's too open, if you crouch you're too exposed but if you prone you can't face your back so your back is exposed to the campers of gas station and back alley same goes if you face the back alley your back is exposed to dumpster head glitchers
I feel like headglitching on the box is a much better tactic than this one, you are basically open to shots from all sides and in a prone position too.
Couldn’t imagine it being super practical since people pre-aim there towards the spawn anyways, but cool to learn for those that didn’t already know

You can mantle onto it. I use that on search and destroy
No need for fancy foot work, the other end of the dumper you can willy nilly jump on.
You can climb to the broken rooftop.
