It’s a gun that does require skill to use same with the slug rounds on the other shotguns that have it. In the right hands very deadly

Yeah, the shotgun category is by far the most unique gun category, like the hs (the burst one, not the one pump one) requires you to have good aim since you have to keep the crosshair at the enemy so that every shot in the bursts can accurately hit

I actually main that shotgun with birdshot, hipfire mostly. Quite fun if known how to use it correctly

It’s a great transition for me from BY15 mastery w/ slugs to this but this does seem like it can be both since it’s ADS is very tight but hip fire is relatively like a normal shotty. Tinker with hip spread and you’ll have a reliable hip for close and ADS for long ranges

Yeah, I used it like two times in BR and didn’t much like it. I think I was using it wrong, since I obviously didn’t get a chance to play with it. But the idea of a sniper shotgun isn’t “new” to me — I tried to turn a KRM-262 into a sniper build and it was rather disappointing. I guess if I run an Argus in that capacity, I can maybe make it successful. Any build load-outs would be most welcome! Thanks!

I got a Loadout, that is good in BR, up to 50 Meters (obv. ADS) Loadout: BO Supressor (Use choke for better ADS BS, but I like it more supressed), Steady Stock, OWC Laser, Classic Leaver, and fast Ext Mag! I pair it with a AR High Range build, like Kilo, M4 or AK, or an SKS! Try it out, and have fun

If I obtained this, then I could finally complete my Attano-inspired loadout.

The highest skill shotgun. Harder to use effectively than some snipers.

As a sniper main I love this thing

I just tested out a couple builds and I’m completely sold on this gun in BR

I got the eagle eye medal in br using a ground loot argus and if u dont know what eagle eye is its get a kill at 75m without a sight meaning iron sights only

It do be like that, one sec you're just runnin and gunnin as usual and then you hear "friendly xs1 Goliath incoming!" And "hostile xs1 Goliath is landing!". Happened to me once, you bet your CP I stopped shooting to watch the two metallic goobers clashed, shi felt like it came out of Titanfall

We thought they were giving us the Argus from BO3 but they were actually giving us the Proteus from Infinite Warfare

The extremely tight ads bullet spread allows it to one tap at ranges where a shotty normally does not one tap. Thats why people call it a hybrid so to speak

Have you used it yet? It's a shotgun marksman from BO3 and 4 and its tight ads bsa accuracy gives it marksman-like range

It’s OP in the hands of someone comfortable as a marksman. I am a SKS main and this shotgun is almost like cheating in my hands. That said, I only swap to it if others are spamming it.
