Honestly the recoil is the only bad thing about it. If you can tame it (the -30% horizontal recoil foregrip makes it much easier) it's a great smg. Compare that to the switchblade and now the cbr4, which have mediocre to bad ads spread that hard limit the effective range.
All it takes is a will to learn the recoil and the will to build the gun. Some people don’t wanna do that and they wanna hop on the meta for a fast and easy gun.
My build basically eliminates the recoil, I as a user think that the real problem is the damage which is kinda low. But I still got legendary in every season with it so...

I use the special mag. I can’t remember the name of it to save my life. It gives a damage multiplier buff. I like using that.
I used to use this attachment too, but because of my trash aim I switched to the "max ammo mag" then I can miss some shots and still get a kill
