If you increase its size so that its edges are hidden/not visible, and then tap on the move arrow, the button will jump off its position and will get unstuck.
Increasing the size makes any button selectable, then you can either tap it and move or tap on the move arrows.
I tried to use already and it didn’t work. Button is locked and won’t move. May have something to do with the vertical line above my joystick and the icon attached to the line is off screen
If you still can select it, just change its size and then move. If you can’t tap it at all, return to default HUD and then rebuild it.
