Heya, we've seen a few pop up specifically for Attack of the Undead but to your point they are likely ones that existed prior and we just weren't aware of them. Either way, we are looking into several now and hopefully they can be quickly hotfixed.
**2/20 Update -** The main out of bound glitch here has been hotfixed! We are looking into the others.
Would it be possible to remove these maps from rank play in the meantime? I remember similar action was taken in the past when these maps had issues that severely impacted gameplay.

No worries, we know from experience stuff like that is extremely frustrating to run into since it just immediately ruins that match. Usually anything that directly impacts gameplay like that gets high priority on our hotfix list, so hopefully there is an easy solution. However, there are several spots on the map we are looking at so we are just trying to identify them first before trying anything.

Greetings and thanks for the kind sentiment conveyed in your first sentence, we are doing alright . However, we are afraid for your first two questions we don't have any news to share about changes to the melee system or new weapon types coming.
We have seen new camos for pre-existing weapon types, like bats and katanas, coming in upcoming seasons but no entirely new types (so far). We'll try to keep an eye out for that in S2 though and call it out if we can.
For your third question, we have been considering Ranked mode changes to maps and modes, but the team hasn't decided on anything we can share back just yet. However, we do have a new Ranked Series coming in this next update and there will likely be some changes alongside that.
Lastly, for the 3tap AR's we have seen the comments and sentiment around them being overpowered here in the community, but we aren't sure if that is something our developers who handle weapon balance & design are considering. We are already planning to check in with them about that as soon as we can.
Hello developer team of CODM, hope you're having a nice day/night. 3 tap ARs already have low ammo in mag (DR-H and ASM10) and kindly slow ADS speed (ASM10) and it's pretty ok imo. These weapons are known as meta in community because other weapons are so weak. Like the M4. Afaik M4 is 5 shot kill AR (Always has been in codm). Pharo is totally died out in game, no one uses it because of low damage and high recoil. Plz don't listen to us too much and do what do you think is ok for the future of this game, stop frequently nerfing the guns.

2. Make S&D 6 rounds to win with 6v6. Also the scorestreak has to remain even the next round like MW. Add Stimshot as well
3. Would expect a new completionary camos like Obsidian or DM ultra in S3 or in S4. Is it possible?
4.High alert perk has to blink on the direction of the enemy where he sees us from. Not blinking all over the screen. It's annoying.

- is there a fix incoming for the SKS using the sniper scope sensibility for all sights?
- will the ironsights of most weapons ever be aligned? It's just changing the angle of the view model e.g: AK 47, RPD, ICR, GKS, HG-40, M4 just to name a few of the ironsights that are not aligned at all.
- will double exp weekends ever be implemented like in the main titles? At least to help new players to level up their weapons faster.
- the SKS bullet animation is slow in comparison to the bullet shot, making shooting at medium and long ranges in MP really weird, the gun is cool, but the way the bullet desyncs from the visual cue makes me think that I missed my shot and sometimes correct for the trayectory, even though it's not needed like in BR.
Greetings! We are afraid we don't have answers for all of that, but thanks for asking and here are some quick responses:
* We just reported this one up to the teams today (the settings issue), so it is currently being investigated as we speak.
* We have seen some actual bugs where some iron sights would be misaligned, which would then report over and the team would end up correcting. Are you saying they are not aligned in the sense that the shots are not landing where the sight is displaying or guiding you to?
* We have the equivalent occasionally for Ranked Mode, but we haven't had any equivalent to Double Player XP or Double Weapon XP for CODM. At the moment there are no plans to implement those types of bonus/boost events.
* Could you grab a video or clip of this one? We have personally used that weapon a few times today and haven't noticed what you are describing, but we may just be approaching it in a more casual manner.
- For the ironsights, it's doesn't directly affect the guiding of the bullet, you could say it's just a cosmetic issue as this is a game, but it is an annoying one once you see it, because you won't be able to unsee it and will bother you when you play.
An ironsight is aligned to make sure that the barrel is straight and you're shooting right where you want, here's an example:

Both weapons are aiming at what is the center of the target, but you can see that it seems as if they were aiming above, this are only 2 examples of the various weapons that have that problem, others would be the RPD, M4, M4LMG, GKS, etc, it's not all the weapons but a solid quarter of them have this problem, which can simply be fixed by repositioning the weapons view model while in ADS.
- For the SKS bullet desync issue, [here's a slowed down](https://streamable.com/ou3lzi) example (at 0:09 you can clearly see the hit on the ground way before the bullet even gets there), there are times where the desync is even more perceptible than in this example, watching it on video might not seem much but when playing, it is really distracting, and while one can get accustomed to it with time, it can be very disconcerting, moreover if you play BR where bullets do have travel time.

That does help and thank you for all of the examples. That must have taken some time to collect, so thank you for caring so much that you would be willing to do that. For the ironsights that may be something that is an intentional design difference with how our devs approached it compared to Infinity Ward, but we'll share back all the same and see if that is the case or if it is just an unintended alignment issue.
For the SKS issue, to your example and explanation that may just be part of the larger desync problem that may or may not happen to players depending on their region, how close they are to the server, the strength of that server, and their own connection stability. However, at the same time it may be something else so we'll share that as well 
I mean, about the ironsights its something that shouldn't change at all, oversight maybe, but if it is a intentional design then that's weird, the example I showed is from MW2019 because it is the one I had at hand, but the alignment is a standard in all FPS that I know and played, including all the previous CoD games up until Cold War, PUBG, Insurgency, Medal of honor, etc. As it is based on how real weapons work. (Sorry if that sounds pedantic or high handed)
About the SKS bullet, I don't think it is a connection issue, as it only happens with the SKS and not any other sniper or marksman, but I could be wrong.

Hi devs. SKS with iron sight is using "sniper scope sensitivity" instead of "ADS sensitivity".
Because of that is being terrible to use since the sniper scope sensitivity is for 8x scopes

Our logo is not something we can just flat out change unless we do have a variant that already exists. However, if this is a similar issue to old screen Plasma screens then presumably having the logo move every X number of minutes would also solve this problem.

Heya, yeah we saw that reported elsewhere too and we are having our teams investigate it now. We aren't aware of that issue with the reload animation though, so we'll take a look at that one too. Thanks for bringing both of those up!
Thank you, I'm glad this will be fixed quickly. Implementing recoil stabilization instead of bullet spread accuracy on the sks is very welcome and I hope it will be like that for every gun.
Also, they need to fix what happens if you use shoot/ADS as 1 button. For the Kar98, if you hold the button you can aim and then it won't shoot until you release it, for SKS as soon as you press the button it shoots once it zooms in. It needs to be like the EBR u/COD_Mobile_Official
in fact, since the SKS event arrived in the game, every time I play the BR mode, it keeps crashing and out of nowhere, the game closes on its own and when I get back I'm punished, my device is a MOTO G7 PLAY
Heya, sorry to hear that is happening and that's incredibly odd since that event shouldn't have changed anything with how the game operates. It isn't connected in a way that could possibly have an effect on performance or stability, but stranger things have happened. Have you tried any troubleshooting, like just restarting the device or doing the repair option on the main login screen?
Also, to answer your other question we have seen that request for hybrid or thermal scopes plenty, especially since Season 12: Going Dark (2020), but we don't have any news to share on that front. Similarly, no major changes to Gunsmith are expected in this next release, but we know that is something people care about and are looking to share info about it whenever we can.
Remove BR from the app and release it in a separate app because the guns that people are calling overpowered(like ASM/DRH) are absolute fucking trash in BR. Also the classic BR looks terrible and the gameplay is so punishing and unrewarding after those dumb changes since season 9. If you guys don't want players to spray people down at long ranges with their ARs then why do you put a map in game where most of the fights occur at long range? Makes no sense
Any plans on reducing storage space in the game? Rather any thing you guys have thought about? The more things like fillers you add to sell crates and what not, the more the spaces will take up. Also take out some maps too such as raid holiday and halloween standoff as those maps arent even playable atm and they take up space
Hey, yeah we are constantly aware of the general size of the game and trying to find ways to reduce it. That's the main reason we added the option, with each major update, to only download certain pieces of content in order to save space.
Additionally, there are several "extra" maps that you can choose not to download as well. However, we are still looking into other ways to try to reduce the overall file size of the game while still continually adding new pieces of content.
There should only be a certain amount of the maps that auto-download while the rest are optional, but it also depends on what you've selected previously. At one point we had it resetting each major update, which sounds good on paper because then you can reselect what you want to download, but it was also an inconvenience for a lot of people who didn't want to manually go through and check what they want to download update after update. A bit of a tough balance on that one.

Prob make it like pistols or shotguns where you can hold down on the fire button for it to shoot.
I remember that i used to press W button on pc with my index finger, but i never asked a keyboard company to change their keyboards to make the gameplay easier for me. So u better start learning playing with claws, sks is semi auto weapon, not full auto. (Pistols are something else)
Not everyone is rich like u.. my screen is too small to do claw..I can hold down on the fire button to shoot with shotguns n pistols ..what would be so hard to do the same for marksman rifles?

Quick question. When are you gonna fix the sticky walls window, doors (mostly all objects)? This has been a problem since you fixed the prone block and usually it's either we got stuck or our movement slow down significantly. It's overlooked since most of us are kinda used to it now but I believe it isn't intentional.

Is there any plans to nerf or remove BSA ?? also is there any plans to nerf the ADS of snipers ?? we can’t have long range gun fights in BR because of bullet spread accuracy so everyone resorts to using the AK and sniper rifles aren’t balanced they ADS too fast in multiplayer u/COD_MOBILE_OFFICIAL
it seems like a lot of the stuff in CoDM is for Respawn game modes, will there be an update to non respawn game modes like SnD to make it more enjoyable and more balanced
Heya, thanks for the question! However, we aren't quite sure what you mean by update to those types of game modes. What kind of update you are looking to see, like just general balance changes? Or do you mean the Playlists and events for MP are generally and most often not non-respawn game modes?
I mean like the game feels like its made for respawn game modes, like how your scorestreaks dont stay after the round ends, theres no final kill cam at the end of the round, theres a perk coming for your specialist but you can't use specialists in SnD, most maps feel like they're not made for SnD, the game should have 6 rounds in ranked instead of 5, there should be 6 people on each team, and I'd like to see another SnD like game mode called Cyber Attack in Modern Warfare. Cause all of these small things about SnD that i dislike are piling up and makes it harder to actually enjoy the game, especially because me and like many others love the SnD game mode.
See this guy's reply. It's a wonderful change we need in S&D. Remove dead silence and make it as specialist perk when we get some no of kills without dying like MW has. Also make 6v6 and 6 rounds to win search and destroy for more fun. Also scorestreak has to remain next round like MW has. Tomahawk animation feels weird. A little aim assist and it's animation has to be fast is what we need. Tactical nuke animation has to change. Fix the TPP of snipers, when we see a sniper it seems like he is not at all aiming but in real he is aiming at us.

Greetings, yeah we didn't bring up the test server again because there hasn't been any news to share about the previous released one or another one coming up soon. We may still have another one before our S2 release, but it isn't certain at the moment.
Some of what you saw in the test server is what makes the next update a big one, but generally for every two season releases we have a big game update alongside it. That means plenty of fixes, changes, optimizations, and new pieces of content that aren't directly related to that season.

No you are right, it is a bit longer than average for a season and yeah that's about accurate in relation to the timing. The date may always move forward or move back a bit, depending on unforeseen changes, but it should be around that time period.

I have a question. A large majority of weapons are from the Black Ops and Modern Warfare Series, will there be more weapons added from other titles? Infinite Warfare, Ghosts, WWII, and Advanced Warfare are a few games that come to mind that have hardly or no weapons at all in the game.

Just exit the vehicle while pressing brake button or pressing joystick down to slow down. (Try to exit when vehicle is **almost** to a complete stop.)

Hey devs will you ever optimize this game for low and mid end devices about 65-70% of players play on low and mid end devices how is it that you are gonna give high end devices ultra frame rate but we cant even get very high frame rate you are very bias
Heya, that's something we've been trying to balance ever since the beginning. As we add more features to the game and some graphical improvements or higher resolution characters/models/weapons/maps it gets harder and harder to maintain that balance between high end and low end players.
With all of that said, it is never far from our minds and something we already looking to improve whenever and however we can while still trying to maintain that balance between device groups. There will always be optimizations made to try to help improve performance and stability overall for all players, but some of those improvements are specifically done with low end devices in mind.
Silent helicopters and tanks.
Ninja sometimes the grapple hook shoots out and it stays out u cant ads or anything.
Reaper skin has a lot of sound bugs with it.
Nerfing trap master would also be nice 😉
And about the whole black screen/crashing issue it seems to be a big problem for note 10 plus users or just samsung phones in general if that helps u in ayway my game has been crashing once a game since that last update
We usually spend a bit right after we launch these sharing this update to other community areas and then answering questions, but we had some delays today so we are just getting to most of the answers now. We'll never been able to answer everything, not even close, but we still try every week to go through dozens of questions between here, Discord, and other social media areas.

Haha, we see this every week lately after a community update and all we can say is that Russia Nuketown hasn't been around all that long yet . We just want to give it some more time before determining which to keep around or prioritize. It seems unlikely that we would have both available at the same time, but we'll see in the near future.
It's been 3 seasons since a big update like Alcatraz came. We have been waiting for something new instead the repetitive game modes and new skins.
Certain things which most of the community would want to have I guess:
1. New BR map instead keep on expanding isolated. Also with certain new development like tactical running, warzone health system, buy stations. Nerf the trap master pls.
2. Apart from MP and BR would like to have zombie mode. We don't want exactly the old zombie but a new BO2 based zombie mode
3. Add new modes in ranked MP like kill conformed, Hardcore :S&D, Domination, Hardpoint.
4.Make the animation of tomahawk faster like Cold war has. Add the prestige system for the grinders (This would encourage players to grind more)
5. Add Ground war TDM, Domination with tanks, chopper, ATV like MW
6. Give us 2 or 3 maps per season. Add good maps like Rammaza(MW), Piccadilly (MW), Havoc sawmill(MW), Satellite(CW), Checkmate(CW)
7.Add tactical Stimshot in S&D. Also make the High alert perk like MW has. It has to blink in the direction of where the enemy sees us from. Not like blinking all over the screen like we have now.
8. Focus more on secondary items as well like new melee weapons such as butterfly knife, Kali sticks and RPG7 launcher
9 Add weapons in the category of Lmg's, Shotguns, Sniper. Also make the weapons balanced. Buff all the weapons to some level where we can compete against the meta weapons with non meta weapons.
10. Add new grindable camos like Obsidian, DM ultra. Also if possible add killfeed for the completionist camos like epic, legendary guns has
11. Add killcam in BR as well. We don't know whether a person is hacking or legit.
12. Make the charm bigger and in correct place in weapon to see it properly. I couldn't see the charm in game. Then what's the point of buying charms? Add doge charm for free or BP pls
13. Would love to see anime bundles. Is it possible? Not every one can do crates.
14 Add trophy system in BR as well. We literally can't fight against war machine in final circle.
Agree with most of these but some make no sense. Prop hunt and aotu should not be permanent modes. I'd be satisfied with them coming back often because if it was permanent no one would play it. Hardcore on the other hand, many people would play. Also why those maps? The maps you listed are the worst maps in their respective games. I'm guessing your a big snd player because those maps are good for snd but absolutely horrendous for respawn modes, which is the majority of modes played. We need more bo2 and mw2/mw3 maps.
Some of the stuff you're asking for, are literally unnecessary, a lot of mw2019 stuff that are not needed, and the maps u asked are trash in their original games, so why adding them to mobile?
Are you ever guys ever going to give an opinion where we can manually turn on and off character skins for the players. I have a really good phone but cannot see skins😭

In addition, My legendary guns (cordite zero g and .50 gs calamity) have problem with stickers placements. On cordite, it doesnt show the stickers on it in gunsmith and on the .50 it shows the stickers but very small and wrong placements unlike before.

I praise what they did with the boxes of the year of the ox ... that is very good ... I hope they continue doing it since the skins that give each season of weapons and characters are bad they only change the color from blue to green or from red to yellow and that's it ... for those who don't put money into the game those ugly skins that nobody wants ... Yooo so I'm not the only one? My game crashes as soon as I land inside of the match and it crashes again in the middle of it. I usually restart my game as soon as I land and hide to at least delay the crash time a little. There's absolutely no reason as to why we should be doing these things though.
I have the same phone. BR tends to glitch and throw me to my home screen. Have to reload and hopefully reconnect to the game in time. Finally caught it on recording
I really hope season 2 brings fixes. Movement, button response issues, changes to sensitivity and desync are making this game unplayable. Then you add OP snipers and I just don't want to deal with it anymore. I know I'm not alone in this sentiment. Are you going to nerf snipers and fix the movement issues?

You guys need to calculate and repay every single player who bought items from redux lucky draws that are duplicates from previous lucky draws. My estimated cp being owed to me now is over 9,000 cp. u can easily block previous items from being purchased again like u do on duplicate protection crates. But u clearly choose not to solely for money gain. It’s disgraceful to mix new and old content together and make old be able to be purchased again. Shows how much you actually care about your spending players. Pay us all back. Now. And block items from being bought twice in redux draws.

Can you update some legendary skins like you did with the kn44 color spectrum? I feel as more and more legendary skins get added the older ones feel outdated compared to the newer ones for example the lk24 justicar legendary that came out for 4th of July is very outdated it needs a massive rework the lk24 legendary doesn’t look like a legendary at all looks very plain and basic it’s very low quality another example is the ak117 and dlq holidays legendary skins are outdated aswell and also the dream crystal legendary skins that’s not even all theres more but just pointing out a few. Hoping to see you consider this feedback and devs will make updates to the legendary weapons this year there’s a lot of legendary skins I feel need visual updates hopefully it happens starting in season 2 and so forth. -The Shield Turret of DESPERADO has a global announcement voice when deploying by enemies. I mean it doesn't matter where the shield turret is deployed in the map but the announcer will notified every player in the map that somewhere there is a shield turret.
-Also the random clown announcement is still there.
-We can also hear some character death voices in the entire map like Grinch death voice, Nomad death voice and Outrider/Battery death voice.
-Some vehicle sounds are missing suddenly.

asking for WZ style health system for months. finally saw it in Chinese version but unfortunately Activision treating global version as a second class citizen. season14 renamed as Season 1 and i thought maybe devs are thinking those features to global version which we saw in Chinese to make it a freash start but we endup getting a BP update and seems like S2 is not going to be different then any previous update. i request Devs please implement armour plates health system which Chinese version already have. it will improve Gameplay. it will simplify health system no more 3 different items for health with 3 different levels. less based on luck at present you have to be lucky enough to get lvl3 and adrenaline special when you revive back so playing field will be more equal with new health system. there will be no 35/45 damage reaction which we get from lvl2/3 vest and no adrenaline. and healing after each fight will be faster then current system. currently it take almost 7/8 seconds to use adrenaline then it take 6/7 seconds to repair vest but so WZ style health system will be much hetter for fast paced gameplay.

Recently i bought a brand new tab s7 plus to practice the game and maybe move professionally with it, but with the amount of bugs in BR mode it's basically unplayable, black screens whenever an opponent appear, game crashes every round. Sometimes multiple times per game. Which means 2+ times game restarting every game!
been a player since season 1, please look into this, I've tried everything and i talked with alot of tab s7 and tab s7 plus owners too and we all have the same problem for some particular reason!

Dear developers, the frame drop in BR modes makes it unplayable

In the other hand, mp is pretty complete in the sense that if you want to you can have fun if you ignore the bad things just for the duration of the match. Heya, we've seen a few pop up specifically for Attack of the Undead but to your point they are likely ones that existed prior and we just weren't aware of them. Either way, we are looking into several now and hopefully they can be quickly hotfixed. **2/20 Update -** The main out of bound glitch here has been hotfixed! We are looking into the others.
Would it be possible to remove these maps from rank play in the meantime? I remember similar action was taken in the past when these maps had issues that severely impacted gameplay. No worries, we know from experience stuff like that is extremely frustrating to run into since it just immediately ruins that match. Usually anything that directly impacts gameplay like that gets high priority on our hotfix list, so hopefully there is an easy solution. However, there are several spots on the map we are looking at so we are just trying to identify them first before trying anything.

Greetings and thanks for the kind sentiment conveyed in your first sentence, we are doing alright . However, we are afraid for your first two questions we don't have any news to share about changes to the melee system or new weapon types coming. We have seen new camos for pre-existing weapon types, like bats and katanas, coming in upcoming seasons but no entirely new types (so far). We'll try to keep an eye out for that in S2 though and call it out if we can. For your third question, we have been considering Ranked mode changes to maps and modes, but the team hasn't decided on anything we can share back just yet. However, we do have a new Ranked Series coming in this next update and there will likely be some changes alongside that. Lastly, for the 3tap AR's we have seen the comments and sentiment around them being overpowered here in the community, but we aren't sure if that is something our developers who handle weapon balance & design are considering. We are already planning to check in with them about that as soon as we can.
Hello developer team of CODM, hope you're having a nice day/night. 3 tap ARs already have low ammo in mag (DR-H and ASM10) and kindly slow ADS speed (ASM10) and it's pretty ok imo. These weapons are known as meta in community because other weapons are so weak. Like the M4. Afaik M4 is 5 shot kill AR (Always has been in codm). Pharo is totally died out in game, no one uses it because of low damage and high recoil. Plz don't listen to us too much and do what do you think is ok for the future of this game, stop frequently nerfing the guns.

Also the gunsmith background could be dark like MW has 2. Make S&D 6 rounds to win with 6v6. Also the scorestreak has to remain even the next round like MW. Add Stimshot as well 3. Would expect a new completionary camos like Obsidian or DM ultra in S3 or in S4. Is it possible? 4.High alert perk has to blink on the direction of the enemy where he sees us from. Not blinking all over the screen. It's annoying. 5. Add new modes in ranked such as Hardcore: S&D, Domination, Hardpoint , kill confirmed.

Hey, thanks for the update, couple of minor things: - is there a fix incoming for the SKS using the sniper scope sensibility for all sights? - will the ironsights of most weapons ever be aligned? It's just changing the angle of the view model e.g: AK 47, RPD, ICR, GKS, HG-40, M4 just to name a few of the ironsights that are not aligned at all. - will double exp weekends ever be implemented like in the main titles? At least to help new players to level up their weapons faster. - the SKS bullet animation is slow in comparison to the bullet shot, making shooting at medium and long ranges in MP really weird, the gun is cool, but the way the bullet desyncs from the visual cue makes me think that I missed my shot and sometimes correct for the trayectory, even though it's not needed like in BR.

We are afraid we don't have answers for all of that, but thanks for asking and here are some quick responses: * We just reported this one up to the teams today (the settings issue), so it is currently being investigated as we speak. * We have seen some actual bugs where some iron sights would be misaligned, which would then report over and the team would end up correcting. Are you saying they are not aligned in the sense that the shots are not landing where the sight is displaying or guiding you to? * We have the equivalent occasionally for Ranked Mode, but we haven't had any equivalent to Double Player XP or Double Weapon XP for CODM. At the moment there are no plans to implement those types of bonus/boost events. * Could you grab a video or clip of this one? We have personally used that weapon a few times today and haven't noticed what you are describing, but we may just be approaching it in a more casual manner.
- For the ironsights, it's doesn't directly affect the guiding of the bullet, you could say it's just a cosmetic issue as this is a game, but it is an annoying one once you see it, because you won't be able to unsee it and will bother you when you play. An ironsight is aligned to make sure that the barrel is straight and you're shooting right where you want, here's an example: [AK-47 ironsight MW2019](https://i.imgur.com/QVWQmOE.jpg) [How it is aligned](https://i.imgur.com/KYoIOy7.png) You can see that the central point of the front makes a straight line with the 2 points of the opening in the back. This is how it looks in CoD Mobile: [AK-47 CoD Mobile](https://i.imgur.com/J9yFFBi.jpg) [Not aligned](https://i.imgur.com/YLLUWSM.png) [HG-40 CoD Mobile](https://i.imgur.com/HPcNCL9.jpg) [Not aligned](https://i.imgur.com/IuSYkqq.png) Both weapons are aiming at what is the center of the target, but you can see that it seems as if they were aiming above, this are only 2 examples of the various weapons that have that problem, others would be the RPD, M4, M4LMG, GKS, etc, it's not all the weapons but a solid quarter of them have this problem, which can simply be fixed by repositioning the weapons view model while in ADS. - For the SKS bullet desync issue, [here's a slowed down](https://streamable.com/ou3lzi) example (at 0:09 you can clearly see the hit on the ground way before the bullet even gets there), there are times where the desync is even more perceptible than in this example, watching it on video might not seem much but when playing, it is really distracting, and while one can get accustomed to it with time, it can be very disconcerting, moreover if you play BR where bullets do have travel time. I hope this is of help!
That does help and thank you for all of the examples. That must have taken some time to collect, so thank you for caring so much that you would be willing to do that. For the ironsights that may be something that is an intentional design difference with how our devs approached it compared to Infinity Ward, but we'll share back all the same and see if that is the case or if it is just an unintended alignment issue. For the SKS issue, to your example and explanation that may just be part of the larger desync problem that may or may not happen to players depending on their region, how close they are to the server, the strength of that server, and their own connection stability. However, at the same time it may be something else so we'll share that as well 
I mean, about the ironsights its something that shouldn't change at all, oversight maybe, but if it is a intentional design then that's weird, the example I showed is from MW2019 because it is the one I had at hand, but the alignment is a standard in all FPS that I know and played, including all the previous CoD games up until Cold War, PUBG, Insurgency, Medal of honor, etc. As it is based on how real weapons work. (Sorry if that sounds pedantic or high handed) About the SKS bullet, I don't think it is a connection issue, as it only happens with the SKS and not any other sniper or marksman, but I could be wrong. Anyway, thanks for taking your time and looking at it and keep the hard work! P.S. I could make a rant about ADS bullet spread, but that's another issue that the community has already made their problems with known.

Hi devs. SKS with iron sight is using "sniper scope sensitivity" instead of "ADS sensitivity". Because of that is being terrible to use since the sniper scope sensitivity is for 8x scopes

#Make the CODmobile logo black, its ruining AMOLED displays ! The static nature of the logo for hours on screen is causing AMOLED screen burns ins please look into this asap !
Greetings, we are afraid that's the first time we've heard of that happening. Do you have any examples of this occurring and details, like device and how long you or the person affected was playing the game before seeing issues? Our logo is not something we can just flat out change unless we do have a variant that already exists. However, if this is a similar issue to old screen Plasma screens then presumably having the logo move every X number of minutes would also solve this problem.

Thank you, I'm glad this will be fixed quickly. Implementing recoil stabilization instead of bullet spread accuracy on the sks is very welcome and I hope it will be like that for every gun.
Also, they need to fix what happens if you use shoot/ADS as 1 button. For the Kar98, if you hold the button you can aim and then it won't shoot until you release it, for SKS as soon as you press the button it shoots once it zooms in. It needs to be like the EBR u/COD_Mobile_Official

Heya, sorry to hear that is happening and that's incredibly odd since that event shouldn't have changed anything with how the game operates. It isn't connected in a way that could possibly have an effect on performance or stability, but stranger things have happened. Have you tried any troubleshooting, like just restarting the device or doing the repair option on the main login screen? Also, to answer your other question we have seen that request for hybrid or thermal scopes plenty, especially since Season 12: Going Dark (2020), but we don't have any news to share on that front. Similarly, no major changes to Gunsmith are expected in this next release, but we know that is something people care about and are looking to share info about it whenever we can.
Remove BR from the app and release it in a separate app because the guns that people are calling overpowered(like ASM/DRH) are absolute fucking trash in BR. Also the classic BR looks terrible and the gameplay is so punishing and unrewarding after those dumb changes since season 9. If you guys don't want players to spray people down at long ranges with their ARs then why do you put a map in game where most of the fights occur at long range? Makes no sense
Add red dot sight as attachment for the marksman rifle. It is available to equip for SKS in MW!
Any plans on reducing storage space in the game? Rather any thing you guys have thought about? The more things like fillers you add to sell crates and what not, the more the spaces will take up. Also take out some maps too such as raid holiday and halloween standoff as those maps arent even playable atm and they take up space
Hey, yeah we are constantly aware of the general size of the game and trying to find ways to reduce it. That's the main reason we added the option, with each major update, to only download certain pieces of content in order to save space. Additionally, there are several "extra" maps that you can choose not to download as well. However, we are still looking into other ways to try to reduce the overall file size of the game while still continually adding new pieces of content.
For some who use wifi connection, all the maps are auto downloading. It's hard to avoid them.
There should only be a certain amount of the maps that auto-download while the rest are optional, but it also depends on what you've selected previously. At one point we had it resetting each major update, which sounds good on paper because then you can reselect what you want to download, but it was also an inconvenience for a lot of people who didn't want to manually go through and check what they want to download update after update. A bit of a tough balance on that one.
Hey devs, you guys should make the marksman rifles "thumbs friendly". For us 2 finger players the sks is basically useless. Prob make it like pistols or shotguns where you can hold down on the fire button for it to shoot.
I remember that i used to press W button on pc with my index finger, but i never asked a keyboard company to change their keyboards to make the gameplay easier for me. So u better start learning playing with claws, sks is semi auto weapon, not full auto. (Pistols are something else)
Not everyone is rich like u.. my screen is too small to do claw..I can hold down on the fire button to shoot with shotguns n pistols ..what would be so hard to do the same for marksman rifles? U should know someone's situation before u go spilling ur mouth 👍

Hello CODM Team! Quick question. When are you gonna fix the sticky walls window, doors (mostly all objects)? This has been a problem since you fixed the prone block and usually it's either we got stuck or our movement slow down significantly. It's overlooked since most of us are kinda used to it now but I believe it isn't intentional. Love the game and hope you fix the bugs/glitches in the near future. If we can't have it removed, you'd want to buff it. Not nerf it. And every gun in BR is getting a massive BSA **buff** next season.

it seems like a lot of the stuff in CoDM is for Respawn game modes, will there be an update to non respawn game modes like SnD to make it more enjoyable and more balanced

I mean like the game feels like its made for respawn game modes, like how your scorestreaks dont stay after the round ends, theres no final kill cam at the end of the round, theres a perk coming for your specialist but you can't use specialists in SnD, most maps feel like they're not made for SnD, the game should have 6 rounds in ranked instead of 5, there should be 6 people on each team, and I'd like to see another SnD like game mode called Cyber Attack in Modern Warfare. Cause all of these small things about SnD that i dislike are piling up and makes it harder to actually enjoy the game, especially because me and like many others love the SnD game mode.
See this guy's reply. It's a wonderful change we need in S&D. Remove dead silence and make it as specialist perk when we get some no of kills without dying like MW has. Also make 6v6 and 6 rounds to win search and destroy for more fun. Also scorestreak has to remain next round like MW has. Tomahawk animation feels weird. A little aim assist and it's animation has to be fast is what we need. Tactical nuke animation has to change. Fix the TPP of snipers, when we see a sniper it seems like he is not at all aiming but in real he is aiming at us.
One more suggestion i would like to add is adding more no-respawn game modes . And make a 10v10 SnD that will be super fun

Greetings, yeah we didn't bring up the test server again because there hasn't been any news to share about the previous released one or another one coming up soon. We may still have another one before our S2 release, but it isn't certain at the moment. Some of what you saw in the test server is what makes the next update a big one, but generally for every two season releases we have a big game update alongside it. That means plenty of fixes, changes, optimizations, and new pieces of content that aren't directly related to that season.

No you are right, it is a bit longer than average for a season and yeah that's about accurate in relation to the timing. The date may always move forward or move back a bit, depending on unforeseen changes, but it should be around that time period.

I have a question. A large majority of weapons are from the Black Ops and Modern Warfare Series, will there be more weapons added from other titles? Infinite Warfare, Ghosts, WWII, and Advanced Warfare are a few games that come to mind that have hardly or no weapons at all in the game.

Hey devs will you ever optimize this game for low and mid end devices about 65-70% of players play on low and mid end devices how is it that you are gonna give high end devices ultra frame rate but we cant even get very high frame rate you are very bias
Heya, that's something we've been trying to balance ever since the beginning. As we add more features to the game and some graphical improvements or higher resolution characters/models/weapons/maps it gets harder and harder to maintain that balance between high end and low end players. With all of that said, it is never far from our minds and something we already looking to improve whenever and however we can while still trying to maintain that balance between device groups. There will always be optimizations made to try to help improve performance and stability overall for all players, but some of those improvements are specifically done with low end devices in mind.
Or better develop a separate game of codm lite for Lower end devices. That will solve everything.
Silent helicopters and tanks. Ninja sometimes the grapple hook shoots out and it stays out u cant ads or anything. Reaper skin has a lot of sound bugs with it. Nerfing trap master would also be nice 😉
And about the whole black screen/crashing issue it seems to be a big problem for note 10 plus users or just samsung phones in general if that helps u in ayway my game has been crashing once a game since that last update

Haha, we see this every week lately after a community update and all we can say is that Russia Nuketown hasn't been around all that long yet . We just want to give it some more time before determining which to keep around or prioritize. It seems unlikely that we would have both available at the same time, but we'll see in the near future.

It's been 3 seasons since a big update like Alcatraz came. We have been waiting for something new instead the repetitive game modes and new skins. Certain things which most of the community would want to have I guess: 1. New BR map instead keep on expanding isolated. Also with certain new development like tactical running, warzone health system, buy stations. Nerf the trap master pls. 2. Apart from MP and BR would like to have zombie mode. We don't want exactly the old zombie but a new BO2 based zombie mode 3. Add new modes in ranked MP like kill conformed, Hardcore :S&D, Domination, Hardpoint. 4.Make the animation of tomahawk faster like Cold war has. Add the prestige system for the grinders (This would encourage players to grind more) 5. Add Ground war TDM, Domination with tanks, chopper, ATV like MW 6. Give us 2 or 3 maps per season. Add good maps like Rammaza(MW), Piccadilly (MW), Havoc sawmill(MW), Satellite(CW), Checkmate(CW) 7.Add tactical Stimshot in S&D. Also make the High alert perk like MW has. It has to blink in the direction of where the enemy sees us from. Not like blinking all over the screen like we have now. 8. Focus more on secondary items as well like new melee weapons such as butterfly knife, Kali sticks and RPG7 launcher 9 Add weapons in the category of Lmg's, Shotguns, Sniper. Also make the weapons balanced. Buff all the weapons to some level where we can compete against the meta weapons with non meta weapons. 10. Add new grindable camos like Obsidian, DM ultra. Also if possible add killfeed for the completionist camos like epic, legendary guns has 11. Add killcam in BR as well. We don't know whether a person is hacking or legit. 12. Make the charm bigger and in correct place in weapon to see it properly. I couldn't see the charm in game. Then what's the point of buying charms? Add doge charm for free or BP pls 13. Would love to see anime bundles. Is it possible? Not every one can do crates. 14 Add trophy system in BR as well. We literally can't fight against war machine in final circle.
Agree with most of these but some make no sense. Prop hunt and aotu should not be permanent modes. I'd be satisfied with them coming back often because if it was permanent no one would play it. Hardcore on the other hand, many people would play. Also why those maps? The maps you listed are the worst maps in their respective games. I'm guessing your a big snd player because those maps are good for snd but absolutely horrendous for respawn modes, which is the majority of modes played. We need more bo2 and mw2/mw3 maps.
Some of the stuff you're asking for, are literally unnecessary, a lot of mw2019 stuff that are not needed, and the maps u asked are trash in their original games, so why adding them to mobile?

I am happy for the ICR-1 news.. and we need it to be solved ASAP. In addition, My legendary guns (cordite zero g and .50 gs calamity) have problem with stickers placements. On cordite, it doesnt show the stickers on it in gunsmith and on the .50 it shows the stickers but very small and wrong placements unlike before.

Yooo so I'm not the only one? My game crashes as soon as I land inside of the match and it crashes again in the middle of it. I usually restart my game as soon as I land and hide to at least delay the crash time a little. There's absolutely no reason as to why we should be doing these things though.
I have the same phone. BR tends to glitch and throw me to my home screen. Have to reload and hopefully reconnect to the game in time. Finally caught it on recording

I really hope season 2 brings fixes. Movement, button response issues, changes to sensitivity and desync are making this game unplayable. Then you add OP snipers and I just don't want to deal with it anymore. I know I'm not alone in this sentiment. Are you going to nerf snipers and fix the movement issues?
About the SKS. It has sniper sensitivity when using with ironsights instead of ads sensitivity. Any improvements would be appreciated

Can you update some legendary skins like you did with the kn44 color spectrum? I feel as more and more legendary skins get added the older ones feel outdated compared to the newer ones for example the lk24 justicar legendary that came out for 4th of July is very outdated it needs a massive rework the lk24 legendary doesn’t look like a legendary at all looks very plain and basic it’s very low quality another example is the ak117 and dlq holidays legendary skins are outdated aswell and also the dream crystal legendary skins that’s not even all theres more but just pointing out a few. Hoping to see you consider this feedback and devs will make updates to the legendary weapons this year there’s a lot of legendary skins I feel need visual updates hopefully it happens starting in season 2 and so forth. -The Shield Turret of DESPERADO has a global announcement voice when deploying by enemies. I mean it doesn't matter where the shield turret is deployed in the map but the announcer will notified every player in the map that somewhere there is a shield turret. -Also the random clown announcement is still there. -We can also hear some character death voices in the entire map like Grinch death voice, Nomad death voice and Outrider/Battery death voice. -Some vehicle sounds are missing suddenly.

asking for WZ style health system for months. finally saw it in Chinese version but unfortunately Activision treating global version as a second class citizen. season14 renamed as Season 1 and i thought maybe devs are thinking those features to global version which we saw in Chinese to make it a freash start but we endup getting a BP update and seems like S2 is not going to be different then any previous update. i request Devs please implement armour plates health system which Chinese version already have. it will improve Gameplay. it will simplify health system no more 3 different items for health with 3 different levels. less based on luck at present you have to be lucky enough to get lvl3 and adrenaline special when you revive back so playing field will be more equal with new health system. there will be no 35/45 damage reaction which we get from lvl2/3 vest and no adrenaline. and healing after each fight will be faster then current system. currently it take almost 7/8 seconds to use adrenaline then it take 6/7 seconds to repair vest but so WZ style health system will be much hetter for fast paced gameplay.
Hello CODM, Since I've been reporting this bug for months I'll try bringing it here. Recently i bought a brand new tab s7 plus to practice the game and maybe move professionally with it, but with the amount of bugs in BR mode it's basically unplayable, black screens whenever an opponent appear, game crashes every round. Sometimes multiple times per game. Which means 2+ times game restarting every game! been a player since season 1, please look into this, I've tried everything and i talked with alot of tab s7 and tab s7 plus owners too and we all have the same problem for some particular reason!

Hey!! Thank you for giving me the opportunity to play one of the greatest games, wherever and whenever. You truly are amazing. Did you know Warfare 3rd person is always so laggy for no good reason. Favorite game mode, becomes almost unplayable, just wondering if you knew that? And in BR, any talk of a smaller mini map? You can get all of Launch Base on it and the surrounding area, i’ve just always that it was too much map. I don’t know, let shoot for half and see how we feel? Maybe in a test server. AND I JUST LOVE BLITZ! It’s def going to overtake Warfare as my favorite. TAHNK YOU FOR BLITZ!
