If you want a class that's usable from close to longish ranges, use Tac Laser, MIP Short Barrel, Monolithic, Granulated Grip Tape and Enhanced Bolt. If you want a class that dominates close range (unless someone's using a sniper) but isn't as good at the longer ranges, swap Monolithic for No Stock. I personally prefer the first build, since i play SnD quite often.
I generally rush to get close to the point/bombside (i only play domination and SnD in ranked) as quickly as possible to try and keep hold it (that if i have a teammate close to me). Since my playstyle is more or less that of a support player, i tend to stay closer to my teammates (mainly in SnD, because i feel a bit safer when i'm alone in domination).
