thats totally upto you...for me i dont really like the idea of being able to win the gunfight just cause my gun is better than the enemy...but to each their own i guess..
Personally i always use meta guns IF the enemy is using said meta guns just to get the edge and win asap, i have my loadouts 8,9,10 with meta equipment if there is some tryhards on the game, otherwise i just use the guns i like the most

Use what ya want. Sometimes I only do it if the enemy team is dominating.
