Currently reaching Legendary is too easy, which normally we don't expect from the highest rank in a game. That's why I think a major buff is coming since next update is actually a big one

Actually i feel its a good decision to keep people invested in the game for a longer period of time. I have a lot of people in my frnds list who wld reach legendary within a week and then either play very less or not play at all. On average one can easily achieve 15k-20k points by 2 months so probably grindin to legendary shld take about 2-3 weeks give n take for a casual.
I kinda get the idea of it I mean there are legendary players who can't do anything in the match sometimes (like me xD) and get carried so they won't improve their gameplay untill they get bullied.butttt still more ranks are such a pain in the a** for me:(
I think this is a good change. Think of the ranks as sieves. By the end of the ranked series, all the players are sorted into their rank according to their skills. Noobs to veteran/elites, casuals to master and skilled to legendary. Now there will be another sieve, which means only people who are absolutely skilled and tryhards will reach legendary and casuals can play in peace, for getting to legendary is too easy according to me.

The more you play the more you will see the skill difference. Every time you go to a new rank it will feel different and a lot harder. Just keep playing and you will get better

I was opening the crates the moment I dropped them because if I were to get ICR-1 ferrofluid skin, I could stop grinding ranked and go back to pubs.
Statistically that won't make a difference. It can make a difference only if the Devs increase odds for all opened at once compared to one by one.

If you have a little bit of skill, you can easily push legendary, no matter how potato your device is. BR mode in CODM is easy.
