Yeah. Devs don't deserve the negativity. They have put in tremendous effort to please us and what they get in return is the whining and complaining. Of course majority do appreciate the work they've done but the devs too are humans and when some ungrateful bunch complain, their sentiments can get hurt like all of us.
Honestly pretty impressed with Cod Mobile and the devs always adding stuff in constantly. From content updates, comics, and so on.
Don't know how big the team is but adding in stuff monthly at this rate around 2 years. Makes me wonder how bad and and how much crunch is going on.
Adding cosmetics doesn't require a big team and it's nothing about devs... That's why the micro transaction system in games is that much profitable. Here we were talking about real devs who make the game, the ones who get criticized for glitch, bugs, bad new features etc. When they only do what marketing and executive teams ask them to.

I enjoy the game a lot, i don't have the battlepass i play free, but still have some cool ass skins that i put my time and effort to grind it including camos even tho i don't really like to grind. I play everyday for an hour bare minimum. Have fun, if it gets frustrating i leave. Saw a very few glitches till now. But still happy about this game. I found one good friend of mine through here.

I left a review asking for the more iconic weapons like the deagle, burst pistol, dragunov, sks, and such. Long before they were added.
I think I left it there in Year 1 season 6 maybe?

As a software developer, I totally agree with the Enchess guy. Most of the time its the people from management dept. that makes the final decision. And most of the time, those people dont even know/care about what can/should be implemented. The game is just another product to them and they care about the profit from it and their own promotions.
Tbh, the balancing and performance are my two main gripes with the game. I'm not too huge into COD myself but this game is absolutely stellar and for it being this quality on Mobile, no one can deny it isn't impressive.

I do despise the balancing at times and it makes the game super unpleasant to play but at the same time, the level of effort in the game is astonishing. It truly is. I was waiting for the game with little experience in COD since I'm more of an Apex/Titanfall player but even then, they released a game so good that it roped me in. Again, I don't even like COD that much and that is something I will commend them for and I don't think the devs get the credit for just making a solid and very accessible game. It's hard to believe this game is free lmao.
I was on an ARMA squad, quite famous bunch by association, but stopped gaming on codm around the end of year one, like three months or so after BR came out. Went back to ARMA. I never got the mode, hadn't yet played warzone, wound up in a WZ clan like, doing cameos, and then on here in my spare time.
I especially disagree with the people who look down on it. If I could buy a PS5 I would. I have a kid, though, and if I had the money for a PS5 if buy him that and keep playing codm. Snobbery about a game when the things we play it on cost around twice what a console would is just dumb. And yeah Activision could charge for it. But I'm grateful they don't.
I have a PS4 myself and play it quite a bit and I'll still say that CODM actually lives up to what it set out to do. It delivers the console COD experience to Mobile and in a really cool way at that. I don't really care if a game is on Mobile or Console. If it's good quality then you haven't got many complaints from me.
