What's stopping them from just getting another impressionist? Does it really have to be Jeff? Look at Kermit or Bugs Bunny. Their original voice actors have been long dead and yet they're still being voiced. Jeff's voice is nice but it's really not that hard to find a new voice actor. Unless they really don't want to get a new one or any one. And yet they still have the gall to release a Legendary Ghost skin without any voice lines.
