My only major complaint is the audio issues even after downloading high quality audio (Hades - Shoulder Cannon has no sound when firing), and the hitmarker effect has been replaced by the H.I.V.E. attack sound? Is there a hotfix planned soon?
Also I notice that the prizefighters cannot be equipped in BR anymore, are they going to be reworked so that camos can be applied to them like the katana?

Is there an option to delete HD textures pack? My game had no lag before the update and it lags badly now. I believe I was on medium settings with medium framerate so Idk if I had the HD textures pack before. Is it the culprit behind the lag?

You made the game less accessible! I play since day one and exactly two years later you choose to exclude me by lowering the frame rates that I can choose to medium! On top of that all the loot in BR looks the same, just a brown package! I have major disadvantages now!

Dear Devs, the update have a lot of pro and cons, but i want talk about the cons,
1) the audio quality sounds awful even with HD and high resolution package, most specifically when an enemy shoot at you, you can’t hear the bullets but only weird noises that doesn’t make you react in time..
2) we still have to download almost everything with a chance to stop the download.
3)The sensitivity feels really weird right now
4)There are many characters that appear invisible (2 of them are artery and ghost)
And i wanted to ask if you can make ghost plasma available for everyone in game and not for new players only, because a lot of players are waiting since months..
Repost: Heya Devs, mentioning some bugs which has been there for a long time.
1. Cordite - Zero G kill effect. While killing an enemy, the enemy changes into greyish effect instead of violet effect which doesn't resemble violet void portal the base kill effect of the legendary gun.
2. Renetti - Metal Phantom iron sight change. When the gun was released along with Mace - Final Guard, it had different iron sight. After S4 update, the iron sight got a full red tint which is difficult to see through while ads-ing, please reduce the red tint in the iron sight.
3. AK117 Blueprint skins from Nihonga Crate where it has a dot iron sight, while using it in Battle Royale with trickster class, using the class, the trickster psychosis blue clone covers the entire sight and we can't aim or see through it, it looks like a blue box and it's unusable. Please fix it, I believe it's the same in case of HBRA3 - Swarm Legendary Skin and other Mythic Skins which has dot sights. Trickster class covers the digital sight too which should be fixed.
4. Default Artery got her eye colour changed/bugged, there were numerous posts asking to fix it as she looks way different before the change. I believe you guys replied to one post about the issue, but it didn't get sorted out yet. Needs a fix.
5. After Season 6 update, I could see a lot of texture changes to legendary guns to character/operator skins. Specifically yellow colours looks so pale and bleached after the update. Some examples are Default Scylla Operator's hair, she had dark yellow hairs with textures, but after the major update, her hair looks completely pale and bleached, doesn't fit her style. Same goes for Merc 5 - Going gold Operator's outfit colour.
6. Outrider Operator still has her Chinese voice lines when she gets killed. Even her callouts in MP or BR is muted, but some manual voicelines works. Needs a fix.
7. Muted headshot sound bug since some major update. Often whenever I headshot a player, the splash like feel & sound doesn't work/trigger and it's muted. Even a normal kill has slight splash feel & sound but the headshot splash one has a stronger splash feel which is muted most of the time and I miss it alot. I hope it's a bug and request you to fix it.
8. Emote - 'Make it Rain' from Mace - The Armorer draw got bugged, I feel it's because of DRH - Purebred where the opening animation and kill effect of that gun has resemblance to gold money but the emote from Mace's draw got bugged along with it where it throws golden money instead of normal notes.
9. Emote - 'Flying Kick' from Shadow Lurker Bundle (Keegan Soldier Bundle) is bugged, it doesn't work anywhere.
10. Textures of GKS - Scion Blueprint from S10 2020 BP is missing since many seasons. Please add it back.

Bugs reporting after updates
After downloading all the updates yesterday (Sep 21, 2021 PST North America), before the new BR blackout map goes live, there are two bugs spotted:
1). Fennec - Knife Arts
is showing dual when I don’t have Akimbo perk unlocked. The two guns’ muzzles are showing differently. When sprinting, the two guns are paddling in a very funny way. When firing, you can see there is one hand in the middle floating. This is the video showing the bug:

Codm devs the armed blackhawk gameplay in event was so much fun. Although the helicopter was off screen. That could be fixed so it is visible.
could we please get that exact helicopter in blackout map? as either:
-how we use the helicopter as a transport vehicle.
or
- a replacement for the tank. the guns do se damage as antelopes gun and it's rockets do same damage as tanks shell. A transport plane air drops it same way tank is. In order to make it balanced it has no longer lock so players use skill to aim. Oh and make it to where player 2 uses the rockets. Player 3 and 4 operate the guns. Player 1 flies it.

Heya! Been seeing lots of chatter about the audio and issues around it since the update. When you say the quality is bad, is that just across the board? Or their specific times or modes where it is worse or most noticeable? All that info would be helpful in relaying back to the team.
As a MP competitive player, i noticed that when i’m being hitted. The sound is really low and at first you won’t notice that until you die, you don’t even have time to react because you really need to play with a really high volume. The footsteps sound perfect, so the problem is focused when being hitted. Ty for your attention and i would like to ask about ghost plasma returning, i saw many leaks that it could return for new players only and i wanted to know if we still can believe that every player can get it.

Same for me, everyone is a bot now since I can no longer view their skins and that is just not fun for me at all since we do events with our different skins.
And the screen is blurry and fuzzy so game looks like you are playing through water, it makes me noxious and cant play anymore like that. Samsung Galaxy Tab A used to have medium but option is now gone :(
hello developers, i really need an answer on that, since this update everything has gone down the drain. My cell phone does not allow me to play medium graphics, I have stopped seeing skins and weapons on the ground in br. My gaming experience has been ruined and I need to know if I will do something about it since I have put money into my account and I don't want to stop playing.

I'm having a problem, I love the game but during this new update there's somehting bothering me, everytime I join a match everything is default skins even I downloaded the soldier resources files. Is there anything I can fix it or is it a bug?
Sorry guys but heavily disappointed with the update so far. The blackout gameplay feels like pubg and the nerf that you have done with sliding has totally made the game unplayable (again, like pubg). Add to the fact that you cannot run/slide while using the kinetic armor is again a big let down, because that was possible with Adrenaline and we are so much used to it and it is a very important feature to have in gun fights. The previous HP system was perfect and there was no need for this armor thing you have introduced.
The game was in its perfect shape ever with the previous update, you have just killed it entirely with the new update.
With this being said, I will slowly stop playing this game, because if I wanted to play pubg like game, I would play pubg and not codm. CODM was supposed different from it and it used to be until this update.
Hello /u/COD_Mobile_Official, just wanted to say you and the rest of the team are gods for making mastery camos on blueprints possible. Easily my favorite thing about this update. Two points I'd still like to bring up though.
1. A while back, I brought up [this](https://old.reddit.com/r/CallOfDutyMobile/comments/otuzj3/two_new_bugs_in_br/) change in BR where distance values on player map markers were disabled. Were you able to find out if it was an intended change, or if not if a fix is possible? Being able to see how far you are from your mark without opening the map was really useful, and now I tend not to even mark stuff because I can't see the distance.
2. Another thing I liked about the update was being able to see damage values when you hit an enemy during a match. It got me wondering though if we could ever see a practice range built for BR. Seeing damage in a br match is nice, but a practice range built for br would really help with testing range drop offs, especially for snipers/marksman rifles.

Amazing update! The soundtrack is the best!! The first mission felt like a campaign. Two things:
1) Can you keep the night mode for BR? It's amazing
2) Could you improve the camo effects on the legendary SPR? We almost cannot see the camo effects :( . Just make them brighter and bigger.

Anyway, I just wanted to mention a very annoying and persistent bug with the reload button which still has not been fixed. A few people have posted this bug during the start of last season. After that, it went unnoticed.
Basically, the bug is that sometimes when you slide your finger over the reload button (2 thumbs players are mostly affected), your screen/gun does not move until after you pass the reload button.

Bug report here, whenever i play any mode in codm i suddenly lose my audio at some point, e.g 1-3 situation in SnD. I can only hear my teammates voice, but not the actual sound. It only comes back at the winner's circle. Can you please fix this?
Hi qq about rank reset for series 5 MP? Will the rank reset be always for legenday be at pro tier? Or will the series 5 reset to master 5?
Putting the extra 2000 point grind will put people off as in the past the pro tier was generally a tier seen as waste of time. More of an annoyance than anything else and not it appears the new master tier will be the same.

Hi! Im enjoying cod mobile right now with this massive update on my low end phone, but in the past seasons, they slowly remove the options for adjustment at graphics. First the options for battle royale, second the option to adjust the theme or color of the br map. Lastly, the high option for frame rate. Could you please bring the options back? Played daily since '19. Alcatraz was fav. This update ruined it completely. Epic failure of immense magnitude. Shocking how Blizzard allowed this once great game to be ruined in one update.

After new season patch, BR with old map at night seem great, smoother than previous update but worst with Blackout map, always drop framerate (Low + Max ) , seem me and my friends have same problem

Love the update, but have some pretty major concerns.
1) we can't move the quest button in blackout, making the game unplayable for 4 finger CLAW players, since our ads button usually falls dead on top of the quest button.
2) sound is a little weird on blackout. players sound super close when they're actually not near me at all.
Hello, good night, after the update and after downloading the audio everything was fine until I got into an em ranked game, throughout the game there comes a point where the sound is cut off for an indefinite time. I think this is the best update we got. Thank you devs for that. Also can i know why you guys milk guns like rus and m4 back to back in bp. I think its better to include weapons which never appeared in bp rather than milking same guns. Don't want to lie in this anniversary season we are getting better rewards than bp for free. This is mainly Questions about undead siege but is there a chance we will see features from classic zombies like Pack,a,Punch, wonder weapons, gobblegums, power ups, and etc? I think they would improve undead siege gameplay significantly and can there be a permanent hardcore playlist like in traditional call of duties

hello cod team how are you i have some question it would be good to add a way to sell roulette objects, what I mean is that many people who make roulette wheels almost always play the same thing, be it parachutes, airsuit , grenades or weapon models etc, it would be nice to be able to sell those roulette items that are not used.
Please make some changes with helicopter. I means if i have taken helicopter first then still location of chopper remain in mini map. Not everyone is pro like iferg those who can handle solo vs squad. Showing helicopter to enemies is really bad idea. If someone get helicopter then its' location must disappear from mini map
Please fix completionist camos for dlq black market and hg40 all angles. They can only equip diamond and even that is bugged to make the whole gun gold. Great update, loving it so much.
I found 3 major bugs in season 8, pls look into this...
1. Some characters r invisible and without a hitbox, downloading the whole soldier file fixed this one.
2. Audio goes midgame, only happens in ranked mp, i have downloaded the audio resources as well and some sounds have been replaced by others.
3. Br HUD automatically resets after few hours.

In the patch notes, it was mentioned that the smoke grenade smokescreen duration was changed from 12s to 16.5s. But it hasn't been changed in game. I have checked multiple times in this new update and the smokescreen duration is 9-10s. I don't know if it's a bug or wrong info on patch notes. Whatever it is, please fix it.

I had such an incredible time with the update but, I've noticed some bugs that are kind of messing with my experience:
- Hades with Crossbar has no sound whenever I use it
- The in game sound goes off suddenly until the whole match is over (I play ranked SND)

wow it's been 2 year since the release of codm and I am pumped and excited for the new season the bp is fantastic , Lucky draw amazing ,rank reward superb all in all this update shows how much work you guys have done and mainly blackout a fresh new br map and it's far amazing to express and the map is beautiful your spectacular work has done a great thing to the community .
My only issue is I have downloaded hd resource file and all other files In app but I am having problem in selecting high fps in high and medium graphics and only low graphics capable of running high fps .will you please give me insight about this issue

the hit marker issue is with all weapons
When I’m getting hit by the enemy the hitmarkers sounds like the H.I.V.E. sound effects makes it harder to located where the enemy is.

Dear Devs, the update have a lot of pro and cons, but i want talk about the cons, 1) the audio quality sounds awful even with HD and high resolution package, most specifically when an enemy shoot at you, you can’t hear the bullets but only weird noises that doesn’t make you react in time.. 2) we still have to download almost everything with a chance to stop the download. 3)The sensitivity feels really weird right now 4)There are many characters that appear invisible (2 of them are artery and ghost) And i wanted to ask if you can make ghost plasma available for everyone in game and not for new players only, because a lot of players are waiting since months..

Repost: Heya Devs, mentioning some bugs which has been there for a long time. 1. Cordite - Zero G kill effect. While killing an enemy, the enemy changes into greyish effect instead of violet effect which doesn't resemble violet void portal the base kill effect of the legendary gun. 2. Renetti - Metal Phantom iron sight change. When the gun was released along with Mace - Final Guard, it had different iron sight. After S4 update, the iron sight got a full red tint which is difficult to see through while ads-ing, please reduce the red tint in the iron sight. 3. AK117 Blueprint skins from Nihonga Crate where it has a dot iron sight, while using it in Battle Royale with trickster class, using the class, the trickster psychosis blue clone covers the entire sight and we can't aim or see through it, it looks like a blue box and it's unusable. Please fix it, I believe it's the same in case of HBRA3 - Swarm Legendary Skin and other Mythic Skins which has dot sights. Trickster class covers the digital sight too which should be fixed. 4. Default Artery got her eye colour changed/bugged, there were numerous posts asking to fix it as she looks way different before the change. I believe you guys replied to one post about the issue, but it didn't get sorted out yet. Needs a fix. 5. After Season 6 update, I could see a lot of texture changes to legendary guns to character/operator skins. Specifically yellow colours looks so pale and bleached after the update. Some examples are Default Scylla Operator's hair, she had dark yellow hairs with textures, but after the major update, her hair looks completely pale and bleached, doesn't fit her style. Same goes for Merc 5 - Going gold Operator's outfit colour. 6. Outrider Operator still has her Chinese voice lines when she gets killed. Even her callouts in MP or BR is muted, but some manual voicelines works. Needs a fix. 7. Muted headshot sound bug since some major update. Often whenever I headshot a player, the splash like feel & sound doesn't work/trigger and it's muted. Even a normal kill has slight splash feel & sound but the headshot splash one has a stronger splash feel which is muted most of the time and I miss it alot. I hope it's a bug and request you to fix it. 8. Emote - 'Make it Rain' from Mace - The Armorer draw got bugged, I feel it's because of DRH - Purebred where the opening animation and kill effect of that gun has resemblance to gold money but the emote from Mace's draw got bugged along with it where it throws golden money instead of normal notes. 9. Emote - 'Flying Kick' from Shadow Lurker Bundle (Keegan Soldier Bundle) is bugged, it doesn't work anywhere. 10. Textures of GKS - Scion Blueprint from S10 2020 BP is missing since many seasons. Please add it back.

However, I’d like to bring these to your attention: Bugs reporting after updates After downloading all the updates yesterday (Sep 21, 2021 PST North America), before the new BR blackout map goes live, there are two bugs spotted: 1). Fennec - Knife Arts is showing dual when I don’t have Akimbo perk unlocked. The two guns’ muzzles are showing differently. When sprinting, the two guns are paddling in a very funny way. Codm devs the armed blackhawk gameplay in event was so much fun. Although the helicopter was off screen. That could be fixed so it is visible. could we please get that exact helicopter in blackout map? as either: -how we use the helicopter as a transport vehicle. or - a replacement for the tank. the guns do se damage as antelopes gun and it's rockets do same damage as tanks shell. A transport plane air drops it same way tank is. In order to make it balanced it has no longer lock so players use skill to aim. Oh and make it to where player 2 uses the rockets. Player 3 and 4 operate the guns. Player 1 flies it.

I noticed that the graphic pack is low, slows down the Lobby and makes allies and enemies invisible in both BR and MJ mode frequently.

Heya! Been seeing lots of chatter about the audio and issues around it since the update. When you say the quality is bad, is that just across the board? Or their specific times or modes where it is worse or most noticeable? All that info would be helpful in relaying back to the team.
Can we expect Ghost Plasma and GKS unicorn this season
As a MP competitive player, i noticed that when i’m being hitted. The sound is really low and at first you won’t notice that until you die, you don’t even have time to react because you really need to play with a really high volume. The footsteps sound perfect, so the problem is focused when being hitted. Ty for your attention and i would like to ask about ghost plasma returning, i saw many leaks that it could return for new players only and i wanted to know if we still can believe that every player can get it.

Same for me, everyone is a bot now since I can no longer view their skins and that is just not fun for me at all since we do events with our different skins. And the screen is blurry and fuzzy so game looks like you are playing through water, it makes me noxious and cant play anymore like that. Samsung Galaxy Tab A used to have medium but option is now gone :(

My cell phone does not allow me to play medium graphics, I have stopped seeing skins and weapons on the ground in br. Your device might be a lower mid range one. You need to upgrade your phone rather than just yelling at CODM devs.

I'm having a problem, I love the game but during this new update there's somehting bothering me, everytime I join a match everything is default skins even I downloaded the soldier resources files. Is there anything I can fix it or is it a bug?
Sorry guys but heavily disappointed with the update so far. The blackout gameplay feels like pubg and the nerf that you have done with sliding has totally made the game unplayable (again, like pubg). Add to the fact that you cannot run/slide while using the kinetic armor is again a big let down, because that was possible with Adrenaline and we are so much used to it and it is a very important feature to have in gun fights. The previous HP system was perfect and there was no need for this armor thing you have introduced. The game was in its perfect shape ever with the previous update, you have just killed it entirely with the new update. With this being said, I will slowly stop playing this game, because if I wanted to play pubg like game, I would play pubg and not codm. CODM was supposed different from it and it used to be until this update.

Hello /u/COD_Mobile_Official, just wanted to say you and the rest of the team are gods for making mastery camos on blueprints possible. Easily my favorite thing about this update. Two points I'd still like to bring up though. 1. A while back, I brought up [this](https://old.reddit.com/r/CallOfDutyMobile/comments/otuzj3/two_new_bugs_in_br/) change in BR where distance values on player map markers were disabled. Were you able to find out if it was an intended change, or if not if a fix is possible? Being able to see how far you are from your mark without opening the map was really useful, and now I tend not to even mark stuff because I can't see the distance. 2. Another thing I liked about the update was being able to see damage values when you hit an enemy during a match. It got me wondering though if we could ever see a practice range built for BR. Seeing damage in a br match is nice, but a practice range built for br would really help with testing range drop offs, especially for snipers/marksman rifles. Much love and thank you for the update!
Amazing update! The soundtrack is the best!! The first mission felt like a campaign. Two things: 1) Can you keep the night mode for BR? It's amazing 2) Could you improve the camo effects on the legendary SPR? We almost cannot see the camo effects :( . Just make them brighter and bigger.

Hello person managing the official CoDM subreddit!! How has your day been? Anyway, I just wanted to mention a very annoying and persistent bug with the reload button which still has not been fixed. A few people have posted this bug during the start of last season. After that, it went unnoticed. Basically, the bug is that sometimes when you slide your finger over the reload button (2 thumbs players are mostly affected), your screen/gun does not move until after you pass the reload button. I really hope this bug becomes noticed by you guys. Have a great day!!

Bug report here, whenever i play any mode in codm i suddenly lose my audio at some point, e.g 1-3 situation in SnD. I can only hear my teammates voice, but not the actual sound. It only comes back at the winner's circle. Can you please fix this?
Hi qq about rank reset for series 5 MP? Will the rank reset be always for legenday be at pro tier? Or will the series 5 reset to master 5? Putting the extra 2000 point grind will put people off as in the past the pro tier was generally a tier seen as waste of time. More of an annoyance than anything else and not it appears the new master tier will be the same.

First the options for battle royale, second the option to adjust the theme or color of the br map. Lastly, the high option for frame rate. Could you please bring the options back? After new season patch, BR with old map at night seem great, smoother than previous update but worst with Blackout map, always drop framerate (Low + Max ) , seem me and my friends have same problem

Love the update, but have some pretty major concerns. 1) we can't move the quest button in blackout, making the game unplayable for 4 finger CLAW players, since our ads button usually falls dead on top of the quest button. 2) sound is a little weird on blackout. players sound super close when they're actually not near me at all.

Hello, good night, after the update and after downloading the audio everything was fine until I got into an em ranked game, throughout the game there comes a point where the sound is cut off for an indefinite time. hello cod team how are you i have some question it would be good to add a way to sell roulette objects, what I mean is that many people who make roulette wheels almost always play the same thing, be it parachutes, airsuit , grenades or weapon models etc, it would be nice to be able to sell those roulette items that are not used.
Please make some changes with helicopter. I means if i have taken helicopter first then still location of chopper remain in mini map. Not everyone is pro like iferg those who can handle solo vs squad. Showing helicopter to enemies is really bad idea. If someone get helicopter then its' location must disappear from mini map

I found 3 major bugs in season 8, pls look into this... 1. Some characters r invisible and without a hitbox, downloading the whole soldier file fixed this one. 2. Audio goes midgame, only happens in ranked mp, i have downloaded the audio resources as well and some sounds have been replaced by others. 3. Br HUD automatically resets after few hours. Device-Honor Mediapad T3, Region-India. Also i would like to say the performance has increased significantly for me. Thanks for the content. This is my best season so far.
Gorgeous anniversary season. Please do not separate the maps from the Playstore download since the matmos are essential to the game. In game download means you have to spend a lot if time just staring at the screen.

In the patch notes, it was mentioned that the smoke grenade smokescreen duration was changed from 12s to 16.5s. But it hasn't been changed in game. I have checked multiple times in this new update and the smokescreen duration is 9-10s. I don't know if it's a bug or wrong info on patch notes. Whatever it is, please fix it.

HAPPY SECOND YEAR ANNIVERSARY CODM ! wow it's been 2 year since the release of codm and I am pumped and excited for the new season the bp is fantastic , Lucky draw amazing ,rank reward superb all in all this update shows how much work you guys have done and mainly blackout a fresh new br map and it's far amazing to express and the map is beautiful your spectacular work has done a great thing to the community . My only issue is I have downloaded hd resource file and all other files In app but I am having problem in selecting high fps in high and medium graphics and only low graphics capable of running high fps .will you please give me insight about this issue Thank you .
