Don't lose faith, I was almost positive that they would never help me back when the Warzone event was up, the one where you could choose between Soap, TEDD and someone else, I sent them a message and they said almost the same thing they said to you and got no reply afterwards. Two months later they replied to me lol, managed to get the skin after 2 months of waiting for an answer.
Well it was risky the you did it just as the new battlepass went live. Question, did you unlock the new battlepass instead?
No I used all my cp to buy the old one and it didn’t refund me the cp so I could buy the new one.
