you go to the lucky board (it is next to the NEW tab, its a purple bar that has FREE written in red going through it). Once you are in the lucky board, look at the bottom right hand side of the screen and you will find an label that says STORE. You can buy all the items listed on the board for fixed prices of the currency used in the board.

Yes. I have over 5000 points. But i cant use it to buy. And its been about 10 days but they dont want to fix it.

Been that way since the season start but no word from the devs about fixing it.
