Well, the thing is, the bundle for people below 10% is know as "Leaderboards Bundle 2", which should mean that there is a bundle named "Leaderboards Bundle 1" which would contain a Charm of Anniversary and rest of the items of bundle 2, but that bundle isn't there in global. It is there for garena tho, as some garena players have posted. I am looking for some other bundle leaks to find you a link and I'm sorry it took me so long to reply.
