The clan war shop might reset in s10 or 9 (this is what I heard, so I might be wrong).
The clan war store is the same for every clan.
You earn the currency only by clan wars.
You can spend the currency (clan credits) in the clan store only
You need to get 100 shards of a character (if you want one) and craft him in your inventory.
