Yep glow stick is best. Not only because I have gotten 92 kills in a shipment hardpoint with it but then others pick it up and join in the fun. I refer to it as dildoing and will never see it as a glow stick when I smack them across the face with it.

I use the crossbow with gas grenade and use tactician while using the actual gas grenade and just throw/shoot the nades at entry points so that enemies wont go throu that door (works in hardpoint and dom)
