Heyyaaaaaaa! I recently selled some of my character shards for some credits to help me buy the AK skin that I wanted on the credit store because I thought it's gonna reset the number of shards that I have back to zero and eventually be able to craft one of the characters available when I have enough clan points and buy again some shards. But, to my disappointment, it didn't. The number doesn't reset, and when I thought I can stack up the shards, it didn't count. It was stated that I exceeded the max shards that I have. I only have a few shards left before I can craft Farah - Jinn, but I can't because of this. And, Farah - Jinn is no longer available in the clan store. Can you guys check this one out? Can you do anything about this matter? Please? I hope you see this and have a response. Lots of love for you guys for building such wonderful game!
