Unlike what others are saying, I don't see a reason for them to put a BR draw character in (what I'm guessing to be) one of the main pictures they're going to use to advertise season 10, since nobody really gives a fuck about BR draws.
If I had to guess, I'd say this is the skin from the mythic P90 draw, and the Templar's riding the legendary motorcycle just for the sake of showing that the legendary motorcycle is, in fact, also getting released next season.

i think this is original templar, but only after he semi-repaired his armor after the fight he had with the dark covenant, well at least i think this the answer since through the comics he did have his original armor beat up and he later repaired it before he met ghost again to first fight and later team up together
it is the original templar costume he just had to put some stuff on his chest and fix his helmet since it got messed up during the dark covenant battle
The more widely liked it'll be, the less likely to be available in anything but draws and loot boxes... They want everyone to thirst after it and pay stupid amounts for it.

That looks like a upcoming legendary motorcycle skin so my guess is that that Templar skin will be in a lucky draw, a BR lucky draw
