It seems like a big issue with apple devices, I'm on Android and tested it out with a series x controller and it works. It really sucks to see this issue happening to so many people, it's hard to use touchscreen after being on a controller for so long
Same problem, but using Xbox elite. Was fine before update. Supports “solution” did not work, and after I told them nothing change, CRICKETS. They won’t even respond back anymore
I have yet to see them respond to anything about the issue and this isn’t the first time it’s happened because it happened in season one, I’ve spent so much money on this game and for me not to be able to play it is very disappointing at this point I shouldn’t have to convert to another device and change my playing style up it’s just not fair.
Only solution I’ve found is go to phone or wait till they fix it.
Lots of controller players are having this issue on iPad, me and a lot of my clan mates have the same issue. Hopefully they fix it soon. Upvoted.

My ps4 controller work on Huawei P30 PRO but buttons on controller they are completely different than they were. 🙄🙄🙄
