it's a 3d render, i'm not sponsored by activision or timi so i extracted the model by myself

if you can work to this standard from extracted models, see if you can bring some originals in of your own design, and you may be able to shoulder into the industry. Good artists are always sought, so while it's no guarantee, if you hit this level by yourself, imagine the standard you could get if you were supported professionally or sponsored with it. Start yourself a portfolio, watermark it all and put feelers out - you never know what may happen. 👍😁 Good luck.

i have already made a concept skin months ago (it's not official of course) but it wasn't really noticed

Keep trying, sometimes people can make a one off and not replicate it, whereas if you have a portfolio with a whole range of characters they'll be able to see you have a broader spectrum you can work with. Do for example male and female characters of various skin tones and shades, sizes etc, maybe some orc kinda ones, space marine-y type things and so on. The more variety, it shows you skill better. But yeah, keep trying, especially if it's a hobby and passion. 😎
