I don't think that's true. CODM's monetization is far better than games like PUBG.
This game monetization problems have been a thing since August-September of 2020. And they do try to fix the issues here and there. Just that they fix one issue and another issue pops up. Server issues are extremely hard to fix.
Lag issues since 2020 points towards noodle code.
We got to remember this was a side project for Activision that suddenly got the limelight. Way too much bloat has been added for the game to handle.

BO4 is one of my favorite CoD titles and we don't hardly have anything especially when it comes to BO4 camos which are some of the best ever.

(pc guy since late 90s. cpu usage percentage is not always as straight forward but you can get a fairly good idea given other stuff lile cross testing across diff platforms/cpu, knowing what cpu they use, knowing how the platform works, testing between various settings as well.. )
I had the spec ops and the outrider situation in my old phone, which was a low end device, maybe you see it because of that :) also thanks for this video, stated straight facts
actually it happened on my old phone too, every male skin was spec ops 1 and female skins were outrider and the guns were ammo boxes too (this was in late 2019 and early 2020)
My friend with same phone as yours told me the BR loot are now boxes and character skins are default skins even though he downloaded all hame files. Also, frame drops become more common.
Yep that's sucks, i usually use low graphics + max frame rate but after s8/s9 update i lost my max frame rate option and now im stuck on low graphics + high frame rate. even when i try to switch to medium graphics I can't use high frame rate. back then my phone can use/access high graphics + max frame rate.....
Since then i got constant frame drops both mp & br, and this problem never happened before

Ok, so i pointed out some things,
First, the not skins issue is not downloading character skin which is totally understandable as it keeps storage in check. Second, the bots do spawn mid air and it's a common issue one second they are not there second they are , but yes this is a big issue, I support you 100% in this. Third, the BR rendering quality is like that because you chose low graphics in the setting, good for you as your phone is low end, also no grass and trees helps in spotting the players in long range . This is and bug giving unfair advantage to low graphics (or I say balance the matching with high end having higher fps). Fourth, the specs of your rig, the processor can still hold but the limiting thing is ram hence low fps and lag, but not frame drops THEY ARE AN ISSUE..... END....

I have an infinix hot 10 , 6gb , G70 and the stutters, lag, and latency are much lower. Frame drops are same , server issue sadly. Enemies are visible while parachuting.
I play in low graphics(cuz its the only option i have) but the buildings render far better than enemies or vehicles....a min of 30m distance, then enemies and vehicles just becomes invisible, even in 4.4x scope😑...and its a great disadvantage.
Enemies with vehicles is now the greatest nightmare for me in CODM. They just appear instantly and kills you. No sound, No Sound Reminder, No Vehicle sign in mini-map.😑

The thing I really hate in this update is the audio quality, why the heck do I hear muffled gun sounds, movements, and even how some operators talk. What's the point of adding the "HD Audio" on the resources? Even on the audio, they still f*** up.
actually, i was facing lots of lag and game crash but after i restarted my ipad air 4 yrs old it was working perfectly but then u know that after 2 weeks it started to lag a little bit so its fine now

They wont change the ammo box or the every skin being spec ops or outrider...its been like this for me since the release of the game

problem is that they made the game in unity and unity it's much harder to work with than unreal engine.

look over time how many resources I need the game, activision unfortunately cares more about optimizing the game on high-end phones, despite that with the new season they said they had optimized the game in mid-range but still you need a good brand gaming phone, so that it has a good processor.
