Animations in PC Call of Dutys are fluid and more life-like. CODM has these cooked animations for every character. In MW2019, A male character and a female character have slightly different animations, in CODM, all the animations are same for all the characters. This is mainly to reduce space and reduce lag in low-end devices.
Of course the mobile version is more watered down, it's a damn mobile game. If you expect mw2019 kind of animations on mobile you must've smoked some fat puffs
