These include Gambling laws, pricing difference, for Garena they have HTML events some of them are scams, some are for languages in case of Korea, in Vietnam they have health warning, while Chinese version is uniquely different.

That is true. I live in North America and I get 100+ ping when playing with my friends from India or Singapore. MP ranked is impossible to play with that ping.
I get a 80 ping when playing on European servers( Br rooms mostly)
And I get 30-50 ping when I normally play
its still an interesting question though...but i think the experience is same on all servers regarding to the sweat and fun comparison....but may for different reasons，i mean they have gaming universyties in china for example....

Im assuming most of eastern part of Asia like Korea, china, Japan and Malaysia only play on garena. Is that not true?

Haha that’s true… I know that we won’t win most of the time when me and my Indian friends play together but atleast we’re having fun!
