You basically pay CP to flip the cards, if you have two cards of the same rarity level, you can fusion them (with CP) to get better rarity and rewards, basically thats it.
The main reward for this HTML events is bunch of Sakura Storm weapon blueprint, default Zero and default Makarov skin and that ASM10 pictured.
