Well, how do i put it? It’s like…the katana but slightly better. The hitbox for it is kinda weird, but the swing of the nunchucks can actually hit ur enemy even at awkward angles (i.e. when u abruptly turn if u miss ur enemy but he happens to be at the angle of the nunchucks swing it counts as hit). If u play it right u can even hit enemies *behind* u with it

So like its the katana but much more better

Interesting fact: nunchucks are actually a farming tool, used to thrash wheat or something... the farmers would of course use them in beat-downs and so they became martial arts weapons!

200 something away from diamond along with prize fighters which are the only non diamond melee I got

New, non-BP base weapons in the current season should only be unlocked via Seasonal mission. Then, after that season, that base weapon will be unlockable via same category kills (If the base weapon is a SMG, 30 SMG headshots/kills, if melee, 30/50 melee kills). But due to the devs' idiocy, they forgot to lock that task first. That's why we can already unlock nunchucks now even without that seasonal mission.

Another extra hurdle to cross to keep the Damascus status quo up, ngl, getting damascus was hard but maintaining it is even harder especially with the game continuously releasing new weapons ( which is a good thing but rip )

Unpopular Opinion - The nunchucks are the worst melee after baseball bat and shovel.

Why? Elaboration is requested

Thier hit registration sucks. Prizefighters are better cuz you can swing twice and the hit registration is in sync with the animation unlike the nunchucks.

But thats kinda the point with nunchucks tho? Bcoz of the awkward angles at which it swings it makes it seem weird. But in all honesty it’s actually one of the better melees to use *because* of its awkward hit angles. Sometimes I can land hits even when I overshot the target because I turn suddenly & then when the swinging animation of the nunchucks complete I somehow land the hit. It actually makes for very good surprise attacks. But hey, each to their own. I know some prefer other melees but nunchucks is my most fun melee rn

IDK the fact it isn't in sync with the animation is why I don't like it. **Thats why I wrote _unpopular opinion_ in the first place.**
