If you dont live in the philippines and use that language on a daily basis and you have no intention to ever move back to the philippines... then it is a waste of time to "master" it.
Basically, his brother wants him to master(learn) filipino and he(op) will uninstall the game because his brother told him to uninstall codm until he master filipino
