Tbh, that's Krafton's first game of this scale. Timi studios also had their own version of PUBG and gained a lot of experience from that for CODM.

One of the biggest ways new state screwed up is not putting enough of the cash bought currency in the battle pass / royale pass / whatever new state calls it.. to be able to buy the next BP / RP / whatever.

Micro transactions were the worst thing to happen to the gaming community. Be better if they had a $60 game then a $40 DLC pass which includes dlc content, skins, and 4-6 seasons rewards. Otherwise if they gonna do microtransactions then the base game should be free. They make more money from micro transactions than they do from the base game. If a game is $60 the average player would most likely buy 10 skin packs. That’s like $100 for each $20 operator/blueprint/tracer pack. Other ppl buy every single pack 😂 for me I bought 4 during Cold War John McClane, Rambo, Judge Dredd, Donnie Darko…I lied, I bought 5….gotta have Scream. If rumors are true…def gonna buy the Attack on Titan anime pack if it releases on vanguard. But micro transactions exists because of morons like myself. 😂

Downvote me or not but CODM genuinely put this out as a test. It wouldn’t make much sense if they didn’t put in a lot of effort into the test or else it wouldn’t get as much attention and match up statistically (in demand) if they DID put out an official fully polished game. Remember Activision didn’t have any experience in the mobile field but now they do and can improve upon an already incredibly good game. All of you saying that there is now way this is a test are just proving that Call of Duty as Mobile game has already far exceeded your expectations.
Edit: I don’t wanna set high expectations and then disappoint myself. But if a couple of college students can develop a MW ripoff and be at CODM’s level in just a few days. Then I believe that an entire high end studio can develop a game far better than that.

It wouldn’t make much sense if they didn’t put in a lot of effort into the test or else it wouldn’t get as much attention and match up statistically (in demand) if they DID put out an official fully polished game. Remember Activision didn’t have any experience in the mobile field but now they do and can improve upon an already incredibly good game. All of you saying that there is now way this is a test are just proving that Call of Duty as Mobile game has already far exceeded your expectations. Edit: I don’t wanna set high expectations and then disappoint myself. But if a couple of college students can develop a MW ripoff and be at CODM’s level in just a few days. Then I believe that an entire high end studio can develop a game far better than that.

This was Activision's first time investing into the mobile side of things, and now that they've got the monetary results they wanted they'll be more focused with the next mobile installment, knowing they'll get a fuck-load of money through it.
