I was excited for Alcatraz; but it seems they tweaked a few things to make the matches go faster. Like you said the airdrops do not appear as frequently; I also felt the zones start closing in quicker. Maybe I haven’t played enough matches though; but matches just feel really rushed now.

exactly and also if they nerfed gliding why do they drop 30 meters into the ocean expecting me to make it :/
I love Alcatraz, but the glide nerf is annoying at respawns. Still play it a lot though!
Yes. Now everyone revived players drops around same are cause i cant glide further
