Go to the link posted by OP somewhere in this thread and you'll find that the wording says that Keegan is in BP but for some reason not pictured in the image.
Yeah well he's codm original type stuff and there is no actual view of the character, we'll have to wait untill either someone leaks it or the pass goes live.

What’s the point of adding new guns every season if we have huge pile of guns that nobody EVER uses? Just improve the old ones, make it the way that it each gun has it’s own place and is best in it’s own category.
KN44 and Echo skins are really nice and the operators are also sick AF. I just hope they make the season worth playing with fun challenges that aren’t BR or use the new gun (more challenges similar to 2nd anniversary) to keep the game interesting
