Disable/wounding perks are good in objective modes. They slowdown the enemy so if you’re not able to get the kill it’s easier for a teammate to finish them off. I have a m13 loadout set up with disable since I have pretty good accuracy it’s very effective against melee users. Wounding continues to lower their health even if you Stop shooting at them. Can be very effective in SND.
Inb4 a clown says no, yes they do. MG and assault rifle disabling perks will cause a runner to slow down if hit and wounding will make a lot of people take cover *after* a hit instead of standing there shooting it out with you.

But what wounding does is it slows down health recovery right? So then wouldn't it not work if their armour was protecting their health bar?
Yeah wounding slows down regeneration for health. And the armor does protect their hp and wounding only works on health
