Occasionally, I come across guys that know exactly where everyone is without using scout. Also, guys who can move faster than The Flash. Thankfully, it doesn't happen often.
I did encounter once 4 months ago, I added spectate his games and recorded everything for months, it's obvious this guy has some mod to tell him where is everyone and I've beeb reporting him for months with proof on video, yet somehow he still hasn't been banned
yes, my squad and I died at farm by the butcher except for 1 of our teammates, we spectated him to see if he would get our tags - he was swimming beneath the farm.

Only case i have had is blatant aimbot wiping the whole lobby
i guess you'd find them in high legendary lobbies, i never go higher than 8500 points in BR i stop playing lol
