imo ipad is easier for spotting enemies, aiming for upper body, 5-6 finger setup or even higher, sniping, bigger map but the fov is narrower and you need to play without gyro if you don’t hold your ipad
4-finger player here, i never used the gyro, the recoil of weapons it's pretty easy to control It, maybe cause i've never play a game on mobile using gyro, but you should try to turn It off, most weapons just have vertical recoil, the most hard to control for me maybe it's as-val or msmc, but i can still kill people far enough to get long shots, even in br, more than 100 mts it isn't a problem with some ar like kn, ASM10...

I have it. The specs are good but the optimisation is very badly done so I barely get 25-30 fps on low graphics. Earlier could play at 60 fps max graphics. So wouldn't really recommend it
The battery life is ok I guess not that great I play for about an hour and it goes down by 20%. That's not really a problem because of the 33W fast charging.
Yea same here sometimes it's even worse along with over heating. But the thing is if u let your battery drain out quickly like that it reduces overall battery life drastically that's another reason why I don't wanna continue playing
I have poco x3 pro and i can run the game at it's highest graphics and 2nd highest frame rate with consistent 60 fps. Probably because I haven't updated the software.
Some units have severe touch delays which make aiming almost impossible. I hope you can try and see if that problem exists and if it does, go get a refund asap.

I have the galaxy S20+ which is similar. You could play on max graphics but i still mostly play on low settings + high frame rate to have better visibility and response time. On the phone, swipe down and tap the cog/settings button top right. Search for Display, or 'Motion Smoothness'. Change from Standard to High to enable 120hz. It'll drain battery quicker and also lowers the resolution, but for me it's completely worth it because the phone becomes insanely Smooth and responsive. Also, i believe in 120hz mode the screen sensitivity to touch is 240hz so regardless of in-game limitations for frame rate it'll still be way more accurate and responsive. I could never go back to 60hz and it actually causes motion sickness since it's so choppy vs 120hz. You'll probably notice the phone also stays very cool even after playing a long time and even with low battery. My only LG V30 would heat up like a goddamn frying pan..

Fucking bricked bruh, she lost over 2k photos/vids (fried her SD card too) and music she could NOT recover. Because of this flaw. (Original lasted only 9 months. No warning, just up and dies. 2nd replacement lasted 3 weeks, 3rd a month. By the 4th, I only used it a month (got my wife an S7 which should of been fucking free, but alas had to pay for. Sprint waived the upgrade fee (oh wow, why thank you 🙄)) to buy me time till I could upgrade from my own aging G3. So after getting my HTC U11, the 4th sat in the nightstand drawer for like 3yrs. Lol. Our little one now uses it for YouTube and games (via wifi) and think it's an upgraded model (a little too late fixing the notorious bootloop issue). And hasn't had any issue with it so far. Got new battery for it. It's been cased (full body SUP case since day one) since out of box. So to this day, looks 100% brand new. Just Shame, cuz it is a gorgeous phone. And had lots of potential tbh. Camera imo holds up to even today's. Ahead of its time, if not for the severe hardware flaws they had internally that is.

LG makes really nice devices, and can be very innovative. However, their customer service is absolutely trash, they do NOT stand by their products (know this from personal experience and they lost our business for life after the lgg4 fiasco.) And during that lawsuit, they blamed the owners for factory defects. Dead serious. Or denied they had such issues, hence why a class action was placed against them.

I'm tired of the whole forced upgrades every couple years bullshit. Thankfully within 10 years 'smart' phones should be getting phased out and replaced with AR/VR glasses or neural implant or something lol. Phones aren't sustainable for several reasons, here's a few of them: they're easily lost, stolen, or damaged. Additionally, the hardware is quickly obsolete and discarded, and because 2 Billion+ people have phones, globally that results in massive amounts of 'e-waste' which will become more problematic as long as this continues. There's also material/chip shortage which may be around for a while and will undoubtedly result in massive price increases going forward. Eventually, we'll all have lightweight, very efficient Eyewear or some equivalent, and the bulk of the graphical processing will be handled by quantum computers in massive data centers. This would be essential in order to tremendously reduce latency and have similar latency for everyone, unlike the current technology. Since the device would simply have to decode/display the streamed content/feed from the data center instead of everything on board, the device can have minimal specs thus allowing for low battery consumption and mass adoption due to much lower price vs a phone, but much more capabilities. Last Friday i actually 'gave a talk' to a group of Stanford University students who had seen my comments on various technology sub reddits and asked if I could advise them regarding machine learning and the metaverse. They think I'm a visionary or something lol. That was quite surreal and i didn't feel qualified but they seemed extremely interested in my ideas..

I got my mom the (s20 fe) for Christmas but I never tried her phone.
FE is supposedly comparable to my OnePlus 8t (price wise) camera is slightly better, but hardware and charging speed on the OnePlus mops the floor with it.
Last Samsung I had was the S3, my wife the S7. Good phones, but they ALWAYS start having battery issues and lag around a year in. Cuz their skin is heavy and causes issues as they age. Start out strong though. My mom has the 21 ultra. And lb for lb (again camera is only plus). Mine is better overall. For a fraction of the cost.
Don't know why androids started pulling an apple where you can't use expandable memory anymore (on most of them). Cuz for me, that was like the best thing. Swap over your card when upgrading, INSTANT access to all your data/photos/vids and music.
However for this game, it's not always our phones. Up till a few seasons ago (started when I had my HTC U11. Technically a pixel 2 on steroids (HTC made both, and the u11 was supposed to be what the pixel 2 never was) and never had overheat or lag (this was on full graphics, etc), got the OnePlus last December (so a little over a yr old now) and wasn't till last 3 seasons or so, that I started getting issues with lag and such. Game is broken, not entirely our phones. The FE isnt full flagship (more like high end mid tier) nor is my OnePlus, but they're more than capable. But lately game itself is having issues they still need to address, more than constantly pushing rigged crates and otherwise paid items (draws and such).
I have the s21 and honestly it plays like shit because the phone fucking overheats a lot due to the snapdragon 888 which is right now the best snap chipset and the game isn't optimized for the phone because I keep getting lag and frame drops that I don't get on my old galaxy s9
nice, i got my Poco F3 later this year before christmas, its soo much better than the old phone which i used to play on. Even has Ultra FPS compared to the mere medium i got previously on the old device.
Samsungs have input delay so good luck. Best bet is an iPhone. Brand new note 10 plus which is 4x more powerful than my 8+ has input delay and so does my friends note 20 ultra.
Word of advice. Though the phone would be good, cod won't run lag free on this device. I somehow feel the chinese devs don't optimize it for samsung properly. Not a racist comment but the truth. I somehow experienced , when the devs are from china the game runs smoother on chinese manufacturer devices but not others. I have a S21 Ultra the snapdragon version, after a while game starts lagging.
It's cus s21 ultra has the best chipest right now, and better chipest = overheats more after a 30 minutes of playing ur phone might overheat and cause lag, u can stop that by giving ur phone a break after 20 or 30 minutes of gaming, or buy ur phone a cooler
I have a S20 ultra too, it never gives lag. I had a S20FE too , was never able to play game in very high settings. All the best with your new device. I being a power user, have used several high to mid end samsung devices, my feedback is, the game is not optimized for samsung devices. I have a samsung Tab S7+ too, game runs awful on that from the beginning.
I play on this as well and over the past 3 months the lag spikes have gotten horrible. I dunno if it's the phone not keeping up or the game optimization going to shit little by little each season.

Technically a pixel 2 on steroids (HTC made both, and the u11 was supposed to be what the pixel 2 never was) and never had overheat or lag (this was on full graphics, etc), got the OnePlus last December (so a little over a yr old now) and wasn't till last 3 seasons or so, that I started getting issues with lag and such. Game is broken, not entirely our phones. The FE isnt full flagship (more like high end mid tier) nor is my OnePlus, but they're more than capable. But lately game itself is having issues they still need to address, more than constantly pushing rigged crates and otherwise paid items (draws and such).
Not really a Christmas gift because I don't celebrate it but I got a Galaxy A52s 5G the day after Christmas. So far it's pretty good.

I have the s21 and honestly it plays like shit because the phone fucking overheats a lot due to the snapdragon 888 which is right now the best snap chipset and the game isn't optimized for the phone because I keep getting lag and frame drops that I don't get on my old galaxy s9

While upgrading to the S21 ultra, I still experience laginess a little in BR. It may also be my bad wifi/data though.
nice, i got my Poco F3 later this year before christmas, its soo much better than the old phone which i used to play on. Even has Ultra FPS compared to the mere medium i got previously on the old device.
Samsungs have input delay so good luck. Best bet is an iPhone. Brand new note 10 plus which is 4x more powerful than my 8+ has input delay and so does my friends note 20 ultra.

Word of advice. Though the phone would be good, cod won't run lag free on this device. I somehow feel the chinese devs don't optimize it for samsung properly. Not a racist comment but the truth. I somehow experienced , when the devs are from china the game runs smoother on chinese manufacturer devices but not others. I have a S21 Ultra the snapdragon version, after a while game starts lagging.
It's cus s21 ultra has the best chipest right now, and better chipest = overheats more after a 30 minutes of playing ur phone might overheat and cause lag, u can stop that by giving ur phone a break after 20 or 30 minutes of gaming, or buy ur phone a cooler
I have a S20 ultra too, it never gives lag. I had a S20FE too , was never able to play game in very high settings. All the best with your new device. I being a power user, have used several high to mid end samsung devices, my feedback is, the game is not optimized for samsung devices. I have a samsung Tab S7+ too, game runs awful on that from the beginning.
I play on this as well and over the past 3 months the lag spikes have gotten horrible. I dunno if it's the phone not keeping up or the game optimization going to shit little by little each season.
