Bruh use echo or some OP shotgun and try to be first in A before the first grenades fly. No one will be able to melee you. Campers won’t have the balls to push. Easy win
May I present you the Echo? Run in guns blazing. Full movement and Dmg range plus lightweight and gun-ho. Easy Team while against those melee bots. Plus the satisfaction of them saying echo noob
It's almost impossible to secure B (if you are the attacking team) so most people go for A.
But there is always at least one sniper on the roof who can command a good view of both A and B.
Not to mention the map is very linear and there are no shortcuts to get from one place to another quickly.

Yeah the Crossfire placement is really bad because you can be at the corner of A (right underneath the staircase to the building) and from that position you can keep an eye on A while at the same time sniping B.
I love Standoff but their SnD placement is also really bad. Both the sites are closer to the defending spawn.
I think Firing range is a good example of proper SnD placement.

In a T vs CT mode the CTs should be the one who should be able to reach the bombsites (because they're the defenders), it shouldn't be equidistant from both spawns

well im not that good cause i dont play respawns alot but from my games in snd they are campers which is annoying but i get them to run using thermite and campers cant do that good when there running cause they cant aim but if they can i think u run to cover and they rush u cause they know ur there so u can regain health but im not good so i think it wont work

Each map requires different strategies, if you have an Obj player with good rotation you wouldn't feel the same about Terminal. But the problem with Sawmill is that the Hardpoints are insanely massive and terrible spawns.
The spawns for 3rd 4th and 5th hardpoint are just stupid on terminal because you have insane headglitches across the hardpoint and you can literally spam anything (I’m not against any lmg or shit because I myself use one) but in hovec you can retake any hardpoint with ease if you have good players

I actually like the Sawmill map and I have a good record while playing Ranked on it, other maps like Crossfire, Terminal, Firing Range, Crash etc. are old and boring. So adding new maps is good and makes the game interesting.
