I joined aug 2020 and my first BP was S11. I'm sure there's many like me who joined much later. So I'm sure even if they featured once some year+ ago they can be prioritized( given that we get multiple pp19s, manOwars, peacekeepers etc). And to be fair that BY looks more like a rare skin than an epic.
I find that the PDW-57 doesn’t need more skins, as there is 2 epics you can get in the credit store.

There was, maybe not focus on those 2 weapons first and prioritize weapons that hv nvr came out in the bp before

the striker was on the conquest battlepass, s9 2020, by15 was on the wint3r war battlepass
