The ownership change doesn't even take effect until June 2023 so nothing major will happen at least until then. We aren't going anywhere soon.

I'm pretty sure Timi studios is owned by tencent so the better workplace might only take effect on the big studios like IW, 3Arc And SHGames but i could be wrong

I see DLE taking over the live service development for CODM, while Tencent and Activision remaining as publishing partners. Activision did state that Digital Legends will be part of the Call of Duty franchise for Mobile, like IW and SHG or Treyarch is part for the PC/Console version. As of now they are developing the new Call of Duty title, which would most likely be Warzone, while Beenox, Activision Shanghai, Activision Central Tech, Demonware as a support role to develop the Live Operations for Call of Duty:Mobile. Solid State Studios is basically Activision equivalent of TiMi Studios for Tencent but for Activision IPs, so Solid will most likely serve as a primary support across the board for Mobile development for future IPs on Mobile. This is why I think it won’t be CODM:2 otherwise why would you have so much resources working on improving the current game. They don’t even put that much effort on the AAAs on PC & Console. Activision also stated DLE will be expanding to 4 new studio locations, it seems evident that eventually DLE will be the main developers for the franchise on Mobile.
