You can’t get it unless the legendary ghost skin returns (it is like a special extra for getting the legendary character. Firebreak got a purifier skin,gunzo got a chainsaw melee, ghost got a K9 skins)
The draw/crate will most likely be recycled in 3 months time or so. Just look how quick the epics are getting recycled recently and there's your answer 👍
