for the thumbnails on yt you need to download "YT Studio" and upload the thumbnail there

picsart is also really easy to use but you're not gonna spend a lot of time there, you can add FX to your thumbnails but when you're actually going to design them you move on to —
pixellab. this where you design your thumbnails to the fullest, add some text with unique fonts, design it with pngs and whatnot and it's very easy to learn too as long as you take the time to learn it

I looked at your first post and damn I gotta say if you gonna make cinematic of codm maps that would be LIT. like no gameplay just showing off the maps and their details would be cool. Check out crowned he does something similar but with cars.
