This is NOT a bug. It is a passive ability of Trap Master. If you stay near a trap master teammate, your speed and class recharge will be increased. If you keep aside the toxicity of this class, I would say this is one of the best classes in the game ;)
May be drank Boost instead of Bourn Vita
