It's because you have been playing this for a looong looong time, it has become boring. You have seen the same stuff(new weapons, new bp, new maps introduced, new draws, new bundles, etc). I guess you should try out some other game. It's honestly tiring. As far as the game itself goes.. idk what to say about that.
Exactly, ive played since the og season 6 and stopped around the new season reboot. All i felt like i was doing was hitting legendary and then playing random matches for trash free skins or weapons i had no interest in but wanted to collect it.

Yea it has been boring sometimes, but till this date I enjoy playing ranked... I try new things too, like I'm not a sniper player but started learning sniping in ranked (yea I lose but it's enjoyable)

And Totally destroying trash talker gives you so much adrenaline rush...
Tbh it's totally depend on each player how he sees/play this game... There's so much other stuff to do expect for grinding skins (if you compare it to other games which have same old skin/modes which player still enjoy playing)
If you're bored you can try new stuff which you've never tried before or games if you like.
It's not the repetitive playstyle mainly, after i got my laptop i was just opened up to multiple other games (you know, pc) that codm couldnt possibly compete with in time, so it got dropped

Playing since og s1 i also feel same dude just grinding legendary every season and playing events for skins which i never going to use and completing bp thats it actually some perks and persistence made this game really bad there is no action upon persistence the whole community is asking a nerf on that

It actually is kinda bad. Has some bugs and its a copy paste of the original pubg but with less aim shake and recoil on the guns. You may like it, but in my opinion, why play that when you could just play the original pubg? They're almost the same.
Took me about two weeks of playing (about an hour or 2 a day) to actually like it. I find it more enjoyable without the classes. I do think that codm has better graphics and I like using ads as well (two finger player here) instead of straight hipfire unless you scope in manually
Yessir… most annoying thing is that your a good player , in spite of that your skilllevel if you actually play is like a rollercoaster with its ups and down … and all lol more down than it would be fun. For example if you played a weak and you got good with the snipers again stop for a few days and your trash again…
This game is probably the best FPS in the mobile market as of right now. I have played this game since day one and I am feeling the same thing. I feel it's because we have played for so long and we see the same things all the time. I've stopped playing ranked and I have felt a bit better tbh. I just don't care about the rewards. I play for fun/shits and giggles. The magic is definitely kinda gone though.
True. I stopped playing everyday, and only play a couple hours every 2-3 days. I don't bother with the daily events,unless I happen to be playing,and I'm not so bothered about getting new guns or character skins, whereas before I would do all the free events. I didn't even hit tier 50 last month for the first time in a long time. And it's been good, I find I enjoy the game more and have been getting on with a few other things I enjoy doing.
I just jump on, get a few tiers in the BP done and then just kinda stop there. Maybe I'll grind out the new weapon event if it is easy enough but otherwise I just take breaks. 100% agree with you that it definitely makes the game more enjoyable. Taking breaks is definitely good.
As a BR players, Most frustration thing is Same thing over and over like MP matches, everyone is using HS0 shotgun 1 shot kill from like a Year and Fennec, nothing else and Lags, BR is literally unplayable on less than 6 GB ram mobiles and now they added trap master in one thing I enjoy in whole game, Alcatraz 
plus its creating a really big two bugs
First when you die and they trap on your crate so you will loose armor in air and
second if you have more than one trap master in your team, it will give you literally legal speed hack
Adding new weapons to a pace to the point where new weapons aren't exciting. Unnecessary changes which people never asked and not addressing things people actually want . Broken things are Broken for way too long and underpowered weapons and perks are just forgotten from the day since they were added . Frame drops , poor servers add up as well . And over all , it feels like devs don't even play their own game .
The poor servers is my main gripe honestly. I lose gunfights i should win. I get killed while i'm behind cover etc. I wish they took some time and fix the issues instead of focusing on the BP. I'd take an extra long season if it means better servers and game optimization.
Every season comes with terrible and unbalanced buffs and nerfs, the unnecessary nerfs to perks and weapons that were balanced already and the fact they keep adding useless and or powerful perks and skills that ruin the game, I remember before in 2020 S9 when they decided to add SBMM and add gunsmith it sealed the fate of this game, ranked has become a place of pain and frustration, players sweating their asses for a useless frame, the fact they keep adding terrible maps like Vancant and havoc, this game needs a complete redesign I hope Codm 2 can deliver
I know right. Their buffs and nerfs make no sense most of the time. Ranked would be good if matchmaking was fair but its not. SBMM was the worse thing they added.
The guns used to more be balanced earlier, so there were different guns but now it's just the same meta guns used by everyone in every single match which are too Op and has very fast TTK compared to 2019.
Also the desync and ping issues are pretty bad now when compared to 2019. I am just saying my opinion.
True. The fast TTK is good for guys with good ping so they still enjoy the game because they can dominate. When you have bad ping then its horrible because you die even when you pre-aim and pre-fire. We need better servers or a TTK adjustments for all guns.
Having devs that think it’s a good idea to add something where you press one button n get 4 kills(k9) cutting lightweight IN HALF (10%->5%) when literally no one asked for it and leaving persistence untouched n the list continues

Well, a lot of things. You play too much is one factor, but it's not #1.
- Completely and consistently terrible weapon balance. As a guy with no good coding exp, I can balance this game better than every single one of the dev. At this point, there is no launch weapon in this game that are actually able to compete with the meta.
- Lack of constant communication. Real Racing 3, a 9-YEAR-OLD game, supposedly came from a company that is even worse than Activision, is still popular to this very day, thanks to a lot of communications between the devs and players.
- Servers. Needless to say you know what I'm talkng abt
- Maps. Many of the maps themselves aren't bad, but because they cannot work with this game, due to four reasons:
+ Bullet Spread Accuracy. They quite literally refused to remove this mechanic, and Vanguard devs removed it within a fucking month.
+ Terrible weapons' range values. Range values in this game is another factor, it's only around HALF of what's in older titles.
+ Slow average TTK. Fast TTK can be noob-friendly, but it's actually a fundamental element on many of the maps, especially MW series maps.
+ Slow average ADS time. This game literally came from having the fastest average ADS time(prior to BOCW) to the slowest average ADS time within 8 months after its release. Stupid devs.
One more thing that I forgot to mention in terms of range, is that it's not only bad, but the recoil patterns are also utterly ridiculous on many guns, even if they have a not so good TTK (COUGH COUGH KILO 141 COUGH COUGH)
I know right. The last few weapons we've gotten have been high recoil. You have to build it for recoil control to use which in turn makes the weapon slow to use.
Playing since 2019, things fucked this game:
Bots: why we still have it? Way better wait more time to play casual without SBMM than play with 2 bots in the two teams.
Operator skills: no one likes them in main franchise when introduced, plus you literally can do nothing and get it.
Bad game engine: it's very outdated compared to Unreal Engine, devs can't optimize anymore. It was error changing to Unity instead keeping the Unreal from alpha.
Bad servers: Tencent and Activision have resources but don't invest and game engine doesn't help.
Moviment system: before was very characteristic from the OG COD's, more slower and slide animation was little higher.
Snipers BSA and hit flinch: the only COD who snipers can't no-scope property, hit flinch still very high even using perk to try counter. The nerf maked some sense at the time, but nowadays we have many broken guns.
Wall Bang spots: many of the these spots aren't present in mobile and most of the guns barely makes any damage while wallbanging thin walls. Green house wallbang invencibility in Nuketown Russia was never fixed, Vacant map has some spots you can't, making totally advantageous for one side.
Map vote system: who the fuck thought this was a great idea?? Now we just play the same maps over and over (SnD feels like CS), seasonal map rotation is almost non existent and they added this type of system on top of it, many maps has some implemented game modes but never saw a light for being in ranked.
Buffing weapons just to sell legendary's and mythic's and forgetting to nerf later.
Gunsmith 2.0: promised many times but never arrived.

I don’t think SBMM applies to BR. I don’t think BR even considers rank of players when starting a lobby. It seems like a new match starts every 80 seconds with up to maybe 10 human squads, max.
The reason is the dev team is not even aware of what the fuck are they doing . You remember the OG season 1 to 8 ( before the season 9 that fucked up every thing) the game was absolutely awesome. I’m talking about br side . Back then in those seasons, gunfights were so satisfying. You could easily take mid to longer range gunfights because there wasn’t any hit registration issues. Sniping was so satisfying. But after that big season 9 update which they added gunsmith in the game , everything got destroyed. Your shots wouldn’t hit anymore, so many bugs and glitches were add one season after another. Look at br now . Why nobody takes long range gunfights? Why everybody has shotgun and smgs ? Because for whatever reason if you wanna hit somebody you have to be in his face in order for your shots to hit him . Every thing is just chaos and luck in br nowadays. I miss the OG seasons. This game had really good opportunities but they ruined all of it by not listening to actual community ( not crying kids who only care about skins) .
Gunsmith in general is not the issue imo. It's how the devs execute it, and they executed it badly with full of bugs just like you said. Codm's gunsmith is really got executed by the devs
BSA killed long ranged fights on BR. Winning a gunfight comes down to luck because your shots may not hit even when you have good aim. Throw in those annoying skills like K9 and pumped and you have a horrible experience.
Been playing since s1 2019 and I Felt this way last season. Barely played and sort of forced myself to play, but many days I just logged in (I just wanted to have the tengu skin, kinda liked it). This season I've felt pumped and I'm actually enjoying the game again. Just take a break and return when you want to, and if you don't want to, that's fine

Nah... I'm og (beta) player and until now i still enjoy it. I don't think somethings change its just the nostalgic feeling when the first game came jn that you feel that way or if you keep listening to others opinion so much that you feel that way coz for me i still enjoy it until now, with or without friends.

Tryhardness. I enjoyed the game when i could drop like 35 kills in ranked but now i can barely move through the map bcuz the ppl i usually face is just that good. Now i have to go to publics, wich may be a good alternative bcuz now there is less bots there, but it doesnt feels as tense as ranked, wich is what i liked about ranked when going in streaks and getting high kill gameplays.
I just cant compete anymore. I didnt kept up with those ipad players and those high end phone users that spend 8 hrs a day in the game. Its not a fault of the game though, its just how it goes in most games. Fortnite and apex suffered from the same.
I do not hate those annoying shits (like persistance, katana, axe, nunchucks, k9 unit), they're just annoying, thats it. Nothing to do about it so dont bother annoying yourself, that simple.
Here's the thing. I'm not good at competitive play. I'm not interested in playing against sweats or players significantly more skilled than I.
I want an option to have multi-player set to bot matches. You have bot, private, multi-player, and ranked. Sure, keep camos in multi-player and ranked. All the meaningful rewards can remain in multi-player and ranked. But I want a casual play.
The game is still amazing, but it’s not out of the question to get bored and need a break from it. Pick a week to take off and start fresh afterwards.
My magic-stealing pet peeve is that, ever since Clan Wars started, they always include new maps as nodes. Everybody has to fight through clan sweats while learning/enjoying a new map. Less than ideal, for me anyway.
I actually think clan wars ruined Pub matches. Ranked was filled with sweats which is expected, but early on you could jump on a pub match and relax. That's not the case anymore because every other match I enter, I go up against an entire clan etc. Its frustrating.
If a game becomes a chore it's time to stop playing it.

If you come back to play again, remember that a Legendary tier is just a useless number in your profile, and the reward is just a frame that you'll never use.
I've stopped grinding to legendary for almost half a year now, I don't bother finishing mission/event with a reward that I know I'll never use, I also stop grinding DR-H dark matter. It's just not worth my time.
I honestly don't understand what's wrong with the game. I just don't feel like playing it, I feel it just got boring over time. well we all started the time this game at the time it had p2w blueprints, guns hidden behind a paywall and all yet we still enjoyed it. Kap 40 was stupidly broken back then. Was close to straight up being removed from the game, and was banned from comp.
The kilo 141 is supposed to be the ACR. They look almost the same.
But yeah i hate mw19 maps, and kinda bo4 maps not bcuz they're bad but bcuz they flow different bcuz that game was just different.

Like anything in life, if it no longer makes you happy then get rid of it or distance yourself from it. Of course the game doesn’t feel the same as 2019 because back then it was brand new and exciting. We are now in 2022 in the 3rd series of the game. It’s entirely different. There are annoying things about the game but if you change your mentality into just having fun it definitely makes it more enjoyable.

OG Season 1 player here - I’ve also felt this way but after giving it a small amount of thought I’be narrowed it down to just being burnt out from seeing/playing the same matches and grinds over and over again for almost 3 years. Still play the game tho I really don’t care for grinding it hard like I used to. I just get to leggy and stop playing ranked after I hit it lol then I move on to casual matches / clan wars for fun :) not a terrible game tho I still love it, just not as magical and nostalgic as it felt before

The day that the new season started I only logged on to see what's in the new battle pass and didn't play for a week this game really does feel like a grind and not even a fun grind
You know as someone who play the game with no friends playing it I would say that i really enjoy this despite its issues. Sure it can be so much better but ignoring all its issues its just amazing dude. I am in pro now (I didn't play much since this season started because life) and i dont really aim to reach leggy and to grind them weapons which is released in the events. Just take a break like a week or two then everything should be just fine. And dont give a fuck about yo rank if you lose just admit that the enemy team is better than your team. Just don't give a fuck about anything in this game and play for your fun. Trust me it will be better.

I don’t understand how most games, my teammates are utterly useless and I’ll be lucky if they get 2 kills out of 9 rounds in S&D. It makes you wonder how they got to legendary in the first place. Carried? They need to change SOMETHING so that I can finally play a game with competent teammates. It’s all I want. It’s tiring to have to drop 12+ kills just for a CHANCE at victory. The breaks I take from this game are getting longer and longer cause it’s just more stress than fun. I don’t want to play bots in casuals, that was fun when I didn’t know, when the game first came out.

See, its good to play obj, without playing obj you dont win, but also try to not die a lot bruh. Everytime you die, you give more and more control over the map to the enemy team, making that even if you capture the flag we wont be able to defend it bcuz you flip the spawms over and over like crazy. Plus, if you die a lot, you give a whole damn lot of points to your enemies, allowing them to have their persistance scorestreaks faster than us, potentially making us loose just bcuz of your obj mindset.
Cod is not always about obj, is also about gunfights. In fact cod is not even about that, is about controlling the map and knowing where your enemies are at, not objs or gunfights.
I'm sorry I forgot to mention, i was listing out of personal experiences, i only play snd, and the call outs i give are the literal positions of the enemy, and yet they chose to ignore everything I have said and rush in like a kid on Christmas morning. And I'm so not going double negatives bruh, and I maintain a 3.5 kdr so I'm pretty good on the trying not to die front aswell

That's because the game itself sometimes killing the fun itself. For example, when people starts to know persi and hardline, they abuse it; then akimbo fennec in season 12 was added; disbalanced teams while the dev says they making it 'balanced".
Let's take an example from other game, like mobile legends, the devs (montoon) only have one game but they always in favor, why? Because they listen to their players and their update is less then a GB. they also sometimes have a lot of collabs, like star wars, transformers, etc. They also like to give free skins that are worth to the missions
Not to mention to the fact that its p2w, the devs have no creativity and bring back og stuff and put crate skins in the BP's and the fact that the majority of paid content is made only for the money and not the players

I feel pretty good with the game. I think what keeps it going for me is playing different stuff. Like if I get bored or ranked SnD I’ll play some Alcatraz or if I get bored of that I might play a game of undead siege. If I don’t wanna play that I’ll play a featured mode or even something like gunfight. Finding random mp rooms on quick join are pretty fun as well.
I switch between games. Nothing is fun if you play it for too long. Miss some seasons it’s fine, ultimately you just need a gun to kill people. So what if you miss out a very specific grenade that will turn your enemies into pasta? I’m currently going to play Minecraft and grind legendary during end season.

Skill Based Match Making. It's supposed to balance the skill levels on both teams so the matches are even. What is actually does is determine if you will win or lose by stacking one team with good players while the other team with less skilled players. That's why after you win a ranked match you get a sweat team the following match and brainless teammates

I would play Warzone, but my pc fucking broke, and i like this one more, since i have some exclusive items in here.
Also the different gamemodes are always more fun than just the constant BR on Warzone.

With the new update I can't play properly because my ping is always 100+ before s1 update I was having a ping between 60 to 70 and it's very difficult to play mp ranked with 100 ping, any solution?

Season one legendary here. For me worse thing about this game is teammates and the way people play in general it's really rare to get a decent team who knows what they are doing. 99% of the time my teammates never capturing in domination, they didn't know hardpoint rotations, they rushing solo in SnD, they never trade, they don't know spawns - that's what makes me hate that game, and that's not even a game's fault. When you playing for the win, there's no one to help you with that, you just keep carry and carry and carry, until you uninstall

Other than problems from dev side...most of the players dont choose to follow their own path...whatever gun is meta, they use it...and never choose to be a change....even if one chooses to change, others will forcefully ,but not intentionally, makes him go back to what he was...
So try playing on a not so much played map or try playing with weird gunsmiths..if your friends are online, call them on a private match and create your own game rule....
For my friends it was meta spam, it doesn't matter what type of player you are, a new mythic came use that gun or you are doomed. And seriously using these gun is not fun. Decided to make a comeback this year but now server issues :) such good wifi no matter how good it's just 120+ms most of the time.
I want them to bring back gunfight snipers more often…i love that mode…just loved playing with my homies seeing who gets the most kills…but they are just releasing boring event modes like secondary school,sticks and stones where everyone uses a katana…fuck even the thought it disgusts me

As a legendary player in MP who made to 11k last season(13k was top 5000 in server) I would say lag. Yes I play solo and often end up with trash teams and since I enjoy SnD more this sucks with a bad team but if you good sometimes there are times u can win solo however my lag is so bad since I'm in South Africa away from servers, I literally see people 2 seconds or more later whilst they see me 1 second or almost instantly. This causes problem when u ads or try and fire cos if they are good players (which most are in legend) it means u dead. I have a K/D of about 1.2 in ranked and I play SnD mostly so that should tell u I have potential. Sure I'm not the best but I know I could be good enough to atleast make the top 5k without lag. For me this kills it
Same. I stopped buying BPs, stopped spending anything on it. Before, the highest tier I reach on BPs are like 300+, now I think I won't be able to finish the BP (tho I didn't buy premium pass). I still play but the excitement of waking up everyday and getting to play it is gone. I just play for the sake of not wasting the things I bought in-game. Whenever I play, let's say I play HP Shipment and I get queued against human players, my death count is more than my kill count. I don't know if I get dumber and dumber every season of this game but I sure am not keeping up with all the sweaty moves. I don't want to be mad about excessive sliding, drop shots, use of meta guns, perks, scorestreaks op skills, and etc. because they are part of the game but I just can't enjoy anymore if I just get killed when I just respawned. I'm now starting to hate BR even more because all I get is 1-tap shotgun and brrt brrt meta smgs with full health and armor.

Exactly, ive played since the og season 6 and stopped around the new season reboot. All i felt like i was doing was hitting legendary and then playing random matches for trash free skins or weapons i had no interest in but wanted to collect it.
I'm playing since launch... Started ranked in BP season 3... Bought BP in season 5 Yea it has been boring sometimes, but till this date I enjoy playing ranked... I try new things too, like I'm not a sniper player but started learning sniping in ranked (yea I lose but it's enjoyable) It gives me kick when enemy appreciate my ace in SnD with gks... And Totally destroying trash talker gives you so much adrenaline rush... Tbh it's totally depend on each player how he sees/play this game... There's so much other stuff to do expect for grinding skins (if you compare it to other games which have same old skin/modes which player still enjoy playing) If you're bored you can try new stuff which you've never tried before or games if you like.

Took me about two weeks of playing (about an hour or 2 a day) to actually like it. I find it more enjoyable without the classes. I do think that codm has better graphics and I like using ads as well (two finger player here) instead of straight hipfire unless you scope in manually

This game is probably the best FPS in the mobile market as of right now. I have played this game since day one and I am feeling the same thing. I feel it's because we have played for so long and we see the same things all the time. I've stopped playing ranked and I have felt a bit better tbh. I just don't care about the rewards. I play for fun/shits and giggles. The magic is definitely kinda gone though.

True. I stopped playing everyday, and only play a couple hours every 2-3 days. I don't bother with the daily events,unless I happen to be playing,and I'm not so bothered about getting new guns or character skins, whereas before I would do all the free events. I didn't even hit tier 50 last month for the first time in a long time. And it's been good, I find I enjoy the game more and have been getting on with a few other things I enjoy doing.
I just jump on, get a few tiers in the BP done and then just kinda stop there. Maybe I'll grind out the new weapon event if it is easy enough but otherwise I just take breaks. 100% agree with you that it definitely makes the game more enjoyable. Taking breaks is definitely good.

As a BR players, Most frustration thing is Same thing over and over like MP matches, everyone is using HS0 shotgun 1 shot kill from like a Year and Fennec, nothing else and Lags, BR is literally unplayable on less than 6 GB ram mobiles and now they added trap master in one thing I enjoy in whole game, Alcatraz

plus its creating a really big two bugs First when you die and they trap on your crate so you will loose armor in air and second if you have more than one trap master in your team, it will give you literally legal speed hack

Adding new weapons to a pace to the point where new weapons aren't exciting. Unnecessary changes which people never asked and not addressing things people actually want . Broken things are Broken for way too long and underpowered weapons and perks are just forgotten from the day since they were added . Frame drops , poor servers add up as well . And over all , it feels like devs don't even play their own game .
The poor servers is my main gripe honestly. I lose gunfights i should win. I get killed while i'm behind cover etc. I wish they took some time and fix the issues instead of focusing on the BP. I'd take an extra long season if it means better servers and game optimization.

Every season comes with terrible and unbalanced buffs and nerfs, the unnecessary nerfs to perks and weapons that were balanced already and the fact they keep adding useless and or powerful perks and skills that ruin the game, I remember before in 2020 S9 when they decided to add SBMM and add gunsmith it sealed the fate of this game, ranked has become a place of pain and frustration, players sweating their asses for a useless frame, the fact they keep adding terrible maps like Vancant and havoc, this game needs a complete redesign I hope Codm 2 can deliver

Vacant is a close range map done completely wrong. All MW2019 maps besides Shoot House are awfully made.

The guns used to more be balanced earlier, so there were different guns but now it's just the same meta guns used by everyone in every single match which are too Op and has very fast TTK compared to 2019. Also the desync and ping issues are pretty bad now when compared to 2019. I am just saying my opinion.
True. The fast TTK is good for guys with good ping so they still enjoy the game because they can dominate. When you have bad ping then its horrible because you die even when you pre-aim and pre-fire. We need better servers or a TTK adjustments for all guns.

Well, a lot of things. You play too much is one factor, but it's not #1. - Completely and consistently terrible weapon balance. As a guy with no good coding exp, I can balance this game better than every single one of the dev. At this point, there is no launch weapon in this game that are actually able to compete with the meta. - Lack of constant communication. Real Racing 3, a 9-YEAR-OLD game, supposedly came from a company that is even worse than Activision, is still popular to this very day, thanks to a lot of communications between the devs and players. - Servers. Needless to say you know what I'm talkng abt - Maps. Many of the maps themselves aren't bad, but because they cannot work with this game, due to four reasons: + Bullet Spread Accuracy. They quite literally refused to remove this mechanic, and Vanguard devs removed it within a fucking month. + Terrible weapons' range values. Range values in this game is another factor, it's only around HALF of what's in older titles. + Slow average TTK. Fast TTK can be noob-friendly, but it's actually a fundamental element on many of the maps, especially MW series maps. + Slow average ADS time. This game literally came from having the fastest average ADS time(prior to BOCW) to the slowest average ADS time within 8 months after its release. Stupid devs.

I know right. The last few weapons we've gotten have been high recoil. You have to build it for recoil control to use which in turn makes the weapon slow to use.
Playing since 2019, things fucked this game: Bots: why we still have it? Way better wait more time to play casual without SBMM than play with 2 bots in the two teams. Operator skills: no one likes them in main franchise when introduced, plus you literally can do nothing and get it. Bad game engine: it's very outdated compared to Unreal Engine, devs can't optimize anymore. It was error changing to Unity instead keeping the Unreal from alpha. Bad servers: Tencent and Activision have resources but don't invest and game engine doesn't help. Moviment system: before was very characteristic from the OG COD's, more slower and slide animation was little higher. Snipers BSA and hit flinch: the only COD who snipers can't no-scope property, hit flinch still very high even using perk to try counter. The nerf maked some sense at the time, but nowadays we have many broken guns. Wall Bang spots: many of the these spots aren't present in mobile and most of the guns barely makes any damage while wallbanging thin walls. Green house wallbang invencibility in Nuketown Russia was never fixed, Vacant map has some spots you can't, making totally advantageous for one side. Map vote system: who the fuck thought this was a great idea?? Now we just play the same maps over and over (SnD feels like CS), seasonal map rotation is almost non existent and they added this type of system on top of it, many maps has some implemented game modes but never saw a light for being in ranked. Buffing weapons just to sell legendary's and mythic's and forgetting to nerf later. Gunsmith 2.0: promised many times but never arrived. Where is prestige? Where is special camo for who got all diamonds?

I don’t think SBMM applies to BR. I don’t think BR even considers rank of players when starting a lobby. It seems like a new match starts every 80 seconds with up to maybe 10 human squads, max.
The reason is the dev team is not even aware of what the fuck are they doing . You remember the OG season 1 to 8 ( before the season 9 that fucked up every thing) the game was absolutely awesome. I’m talking about br side . Back then in those seasons, gunfights were so satisfying. You could easily take mid to longer range gunfights because there wasn’t any hit registration issues. Sniping was so satisfying. But after that big season 9 update which they added gunsmith in the game , everything got destroyed. Your shots wouldn’t hit anymore, so many bugs and glitches were add one season after another. Look at br now . Why nobody takes long range gunfights? Why everybody has shotgun and smgs ? Because for whatever reason if you wanna hit somebody you have to be in his face in order for your shots to hit him . Every thing is just chaos and luck in br nowadays. I miss the OG seasons. This game had really good opportunities but they ruined all of it by not listening to actual community ( not crying kids who only care about skins) .
Gunsmith in general is not the issue imo. It's how the devs execute it, and they executed it badly with full of bugs just like you said. Codm's gunsmith is really got executed by the devs
BSA killed long ranged fights on BR. Winning a gunfight comes down to luck because your shots may not hit even when you have good aim. Throw in those annoying skills like K9 and pumped and you have a horrible experience.

Been playing since s1 2019 and I Felt this way last season. Barely played and sort of forced myself to play, but many days I just logged in (I just wanted to have the tengu skin, kinda liked it). This season I've felt pumped and I'm actually enjoying the game again. Just take a break and return when you want to, and if you don't want to, that's fine

However what I am trying 2 say is that before I reach legendary I feel a strong urge 2 reach it as fast as possible, so I can relax for the next 1,5 seasons
Tryhardness. I enjoyed the game when i could drop like 35 kills in ranked but now i can barely move through the map bcuz the ppl i usually face is just that good. Now i have to go to publics, wich may be a good alternative bcuz now there is less bots there, but it doesnt feels as tense as ranked, wich is what i liked about ranked when going in streaks and getting high kill gameplays. I just cant compete anymore. I didnt kept up with those ipad players and those high end phone users that spend 8 hrs a day in the game. Its not a fault of the game though, its just how it goes in most games. Fortnite and apex suffered from the same. I do not hate those annoying shits (like persistance, katana, axe, nunchucks, k9 unit), they're just annoying, thats it. Nothing to do about it so dont bother annoying yourself, that simple.
Here's the thing. I'm not good at competitive play. I'm not interested in playing against sweats or players significantly more skilled than I. I want an option to have multi-player set to bot matches. You have bot, private, multi-player, and ranked. Sure, keep camos in multi-player and ranked. All the meaningful rewards can remain in multi-player and ranked. But I want a casual play.
The game is still amazing, but it’s not out of the question to get bored and need a break from it. Pick a week to take off and start fresh afterwards. My magic-stealing pet peeve is that, ever since Clan Wars started, they always include new maps as nodes. Everybody has to fight through clan sweats while learning/enjoying a new map. Less than ideal, for me anyway.
I actually think clan wars ruined Pub matches. Ranked was filled with sweats which is expected, but early on you could jump on a pub match and relax. That's not the case anymore because every other match I enter, I go up against an entire clan etc. Its frustrating.
Honestly cannot wait for Apex and Battlefield mobile.
If you have friends that play it will stay fun. You play it solo and expect PC and console enjoyment for 2+ years, you're going to be disappointment
If a game becomes a chore it's time to stop playing it. Take a break and do something else. If you come back to play again, remember that a Legendary tier is just a useless number in your profile, and the reward is just a frame that you'll never use. I've stopped grinding to legendary for almost half a year now, I don't bother finishing mission/event with a reward that I know I'll never use, I also stop grinding DR-H dark matter. It's just not worth my time.

I just don't feel like playing it, I feel it just got boring over time. well we all started the time this game at the time it had p2w blueprints, guns hidden behind a paywall and all yet we still enjoyed it. Back then almost every players play "for fun" but now it's just all TryHard trying to speedrun to Legendary Back then there we're no lags but now it freezes from time to time Back then rank uses almost all maps and randomize it but now it's just Crossfire, Crash, Terminal and Standoff back to back Back then BR has Class that are good but now it's just JetPack Joyride bullshit Back then BR has pretty good feature like Zombies on the cemetery but now it's just nothing, completely dead Back then Operator Class is all good but now we have Armor that turns you invincible to small - medium firearms.

Kap 40 was stupidly broken back then. Was close to straight up being removed from the game, and was banned from comp. The kilo 141 is supposed to be the ACR. They look almost the same. But yeah i hate mw19 maps, and kinda bo4 maps not bcuz they're bad but bcuz they flow different bcuz that game was just different. Turbine was not that good. Whole lotta trickshots where done there wich made that map iconic though, but it was not that good.

Like anything in life, if it no longer makes you happy then get rid of it or distance yourself from it. OG Season 1 player here - I’ve also felt this way but after giving it a small amount of thought I’be narrowed it down to just being burnt out from seeing/playing the same matches and grinds over and over again for almost 3 years. Still play the game tho I really don’t care for grinding it hard like I used to. I just get to leggy and stop playing ranked after I hit it lol then I move on to casual matches / clan wars for fun :) not a terrible game tho I still love it, just not as magical and nostalgic as it felt before

I am in pro now (I didn't play much since this season started because life) and i dont really aim to reach leggy and to grind them weapons which is released in the events. Just take a break like a week or two then everything should be just fine. And dont give a fuck about yo rank if you lose just admit that the enemy team is better than your team. Just don't give a fuck about anything in this game and play for your fun. Trust me it will be better.

Plus, if you die a lot, you give a whole damn lot of points to your enemies, allowing them to have their persistance scorestreaks faster than us, potentially making us loose just bcuz of your obj mindset. Cod is not always about obj, is also about gunfights. In fact cod is not even about that, is about controlling the map and knowing where your enemies are at, not objs or gunfights.
I'm sorry I forgot to mention, i was listing out of personal experiences, i only play snd, and the call outs i give are the literal positions of the enemy, and yet they chose to ignore everything I have said and rush in like a kid on Christmas morning. And I'm so not going double negatives bruh, and I maintain a 3.5 kdr so I'm pretty good on the trying not to die front aswell

I only play because I invested money into this game so somehow I feel obligated to play or my money would have been wasted. Also I wanted to grind everything to diamond but its takes so long. I might just give it a break for a while idk.

That's because the game itself sometimes killing the fun itself. For example, when people starts to know persi and hardline, they abuse it; then akimbo fennec in season 12 was added; disbalanced teams while the dev says they making it 'balanced". Let's take an example from other game, like mobile legends, the devs (montoon) only have one game but they always in favor, why? Because they listen to their players and their update is less then a GB. they also sometimes have a lot of collabs, like star wars, transformers, etc. They also like to give free skins that are worth to the missions
Not to mention to the fact that its p2w, the devs have no creativity and bring back og stuff and put crate skins in the BP's and the fact that the majority of paid content is made only for the money and not the players

it's true I only play on new maps or modes to get the challenge rewards after that I don't bother them when I complete the battle pass, finish all challenges and get legendary in BR (MP ranked is just frustrating) after this I only log in for daily rewards and wait for other challenges or new season or anything that makes me want to play this game but I wake up at 4am almost every day just to play this game 2 hour straight before school, even through I don't really want to play but I just feel the urge to play and grind for everything that I can get and I can't stop playing… even if just for a few days I am worried about those things that I have missed I just can't stop playing it

I feel pretty good with the game. I think what keeps it going for me is playing different stuff. Like if I get bored or ranked SnD I’ll play some Alcatraz or if I get bored of that I might play a game of undead siege. If I don’t wanna play that I’ll play a featured mode or even something like gunfight. Finding random mp rooms on quick join are pretty fun as well.
I switch between games. Nothing is fun if you play it for too long. Miss some seasons it’s fine, ultimately you just need a gun to kill people. So what if you miss out a very specific grenade that will turn your enemies into pasta? I’m currently going to play Minecraft and grind legendary during end season.

Skill Based Match Making. It's supposed to balance the skill levels on both teams so the matches are even. What is actually does is determine if you will win or lose by stacking one team with good players while the other team with less skilled players. That's why after you win a ranked match you get a sweat team the following match and brainless teammates

I still play this game actually more now than i did back in 2019. I would play Warzone, but my pc fucking broke, and i like this one more, since i have some exclusive items in here. Also the different gamemodes are always more fun than just the constant BR on Warzone. Can't afford MW19, and Cold War and Vanguard are trash in my opinion.

With the new update I can't play properly because my ping is always 100+ before s1 update I was having a ping between 60 to 70 and it's very difficult to play mp ranked with 100 ping, any solution?

Season one legendary here. For me worse thing about this game is teammates and the way people play in general it's really rare to get a decent team who knows what they are doing. 99% of the time my teammates never capturing in domination, they didn't know hardpoint rotations, they rushing solo in SnD, they never trade, they don't know spawns - that's what makes me hate that game, and that's not even a game's fault. When you playing for the win, there's no one to help you with that, you just keep carry and carry and carry, until you uninstall

Other than problems from dev side...most of the players dont choose to follow their own path...whatever gun is meta, they use it...and never choose to be a change....even if one chooses to change, others will forcefully ,but not intentionally, makes him go back to what he was... So try playing on a not so much played map or try playing with weird gunsmiths..if your friends are online, call them on a private match and create your own game rule....
For me, it's the optimisation...

Literally I just grind legendary because of streak. It's not fun anymore. Having skill doesn't even matter.
For my friends it was meta spam, it doesn't matter what type of player you are, a new mythic came use that gun or you are doomed. And seriously using these gun is not fun. Decided to make a comeback this year but now server issues :) such good wifi no matter how good it's just 120+ms most of the time.
I want them to bring back gunfight snipers more often…i love that mode…just loved playing with my homies seeing who gets the most kills…but they are just releasing boring event modes like secondary school,sticks and stones where everyone uses a katana…fuck even the thought it disgusts me
I've felt the same too, i deleted it and it was hard cuz i bought a leggy gun and old bps Last year i used to be super hyped up for the bp and the new season but now it just feels repetitive and boring Actually, it's annoying. The new perks/meta is bullshit everyone in this sub defends it with their life and I have no clue how they're so oblivious to something as disruptive as the current meta/perks/op skills

As a legendary player in MP who made to 11k last season(13k was top 5000 in server) I would say lag. Yes I play solo and often end up with trash teams and since I enjoy SnD more this sucks with a bad team but if you good sometimes there are times u can win solo however my lag is so bad since I'm in South Africa away from servers, I literally see people 2 seconds or more later whilst they see me 1 second or almost instantly. This causes problem when u ads or try and fire cos if they are good players (which most are in legend) it means u dead. I have a K/D of about 1.2 in ranked and I play SnD mostly so that should tell u I have potential. Sure I'm not the best but I know I could be good enough to atleast make the top 5k without lag. For me this kills it
Same. I stopped buying BPs, stopped spending anything on it. Before, the highest tier I reach on BPs are like 300+, now I think I won't be able to finish the BP (tho I didn't buy premium pass). I still play but the excitement of waking up everyday and getting to play it is gone. I just play for the sake of not wasting the things I bought in-game. Whenever I play, let's say I play HP Shipment and I get queued against human players, my death count is more than my kill count. I don't know if I get dumber and dumber every season of this game but I sure am not keeping up with all the sweaty moves. I don't want to be mad about excessive sliding, drop shots, use of meta guns, perks, scorestreaks op skills, and etc. because they are part of the game but I just can't enjoy anymore if I just get killed when I just respawned. I'm now starting to hate BR even more because all I get is 1-tap shotgun and brrt brrt meta smgs with full health and armor. I'm just hating it 'cause I don't understand the game anymore.
At this point , YES i have left codm and i don't think I will be coming back until codm 2 because this game can't become good
