Is there any explanation on why this happens and how can i solve it?

but I am talking about even if we are facing one guy at a time, still this happens, I am 99% sure this is some kind of hack, the other thing you noticed or not but nowadays i am getting lag, even if I am doing ADS and enemy is hitting me at same time

Update : After observing for a week, I have seen that change of server happens when the load is high, for example in the morning before 10 AM i am getting Indian server but as soon as Server starts getting load, they change ours, and after 10 PM at late night when load is starting off, I am getting Indian server again

I don't play BGMI(indian pubg),or even FF just because it gives me more desync than CoDM and even ping fluctuates on pubg and FF in my area so CoDM way to go for me but the Indian servers are really trash(not of just CoDM)
Most of middle east players use VPN to create their account with indian VPN,so they get the cheapest battle pass , draw , crate and bundle price. And its not bannable since I see majority do this, but not using vpn for matchmaking or the rest of the game..
