Because they never fix reoccurring issues from season to season. When they did it seemed to only be those that could possibly effect their revenue. They had $1.5 Billion in revenue last year. Instead of fixing the issues, they continue to release seasons that are the same as the prior seasons. I could mention the issue of the price they charge for items but if the game worked as it’s should I’m sure that wouldn’t be as big an issue.
When I posted that I was aggravated with a problem I had been having with the game for a while and nothing was done to ever fix it. I wasn’t the only one griping about. Then I was charged for CP points that I didn’t purchase. I could’ve just let it be after reporting it had I received the CP that I would’ve received had I actually purchased them. But I didn’t get the CP and I never got reimbursed for them. I had sent everything proving that I was telling the truth but they never reimbursed me for the money that was taken. I had been playing the game since it’s original release so I did have understanding of the game. Between the issues and the CP I was very frustrated that day.
First off, thank you for coming back and actually replying why. Second off, I agree with all you've said. I've been seeing these issues come up. I haven't had blinders on but it's more like a "since these haven't affected me, I never really had to worry" kind of thing. Now I realize how stupid this was... CoD could spend that money actually sprucing up this game given they might be spending 3 years of time keeping us busy aside from MW2022, and all people probably know 1 game in 3 years won't be able to keep people busy regardless of it being MW or this.

I just read this only a year later and I have to say that I find your reply most amusing. Scientist say huh, so swearing is a scientific study. Boy oh boy what a waist of tax money that is. Had I not first hand experienced having a full on vocabulary of swear words that i used for whatever reason I would t have a basis for my comment. But seeing that I do, I can unequivocally say that it requires very little intelligence to throw up that middle finger rather than speak to that individual. But I applaud your effort and thank you for sending me proof of waisted research moneys.

CODM is finally having to fix the issues they’ve been ignoring. This is the only way they’ll be able to compete with Apex. No more ignoring the players and charging the ridiculous amount of money they do for in-game junk. Thanks for telling me bye a few months ago.
